Small older building but everything was clean. There were a few high tables and a bar with stools lining the window. Lots of character to the place. Good prices, plenty of menu choices, and the staff was friendly enough. I ordered the double cheeseburger. It was grilled on the flat top and then chargrilled, always a good sign of a good burger. It was well seasoned and served on a toasted bun. Thumbs up.
Shorty's is a local spot with so much more potential than I feel like they live up to. The size/portions, the preparation, and taste all missed the mark. We had a Gyro Pig Out, plain cheeseburger, and cheese fries. Pig Out Gyros - way more onions than necessary on here. We were disappointed that there wasn't as much meat as we'd expected and the tzatziki was also all in one spot.
