“I came through the drive through yesterday(2/23/2026) at 6:30pm with a mobile order. When receiving my order the man went to hand me a baja blast freeze instead of the regular soda. When I made it clear I actually wanted the soda he immediately filled a new one without hesitation.
When I got home and checked the app I saw I was the one in the wrong and put a baja blast freeze. The worker had every right to point out my mistake but didn't, instead opting to do what was best for me. It is customer service that keeps me coming to a location and the level of customer service I experienced that day is more than I ever expect from a fast food restaurant.“

“I order pretty much the same thing everytime and it's always good tasting and made to my customization. Service is always the same, typical. Some of you need to learn to use the app to order ahead and customize so there are no miscommunications. Why not earn rewards while you're at it? And if you care about verbal pleasantries at a fast food chain to where you give 1 star, that's a you problem ?“
