Abigail & Kiera greeted us as soon as we came in. We ordered our sandwiches on the app to take advantage of the deal and they made the sandwiches right away.

There were a few issues (forgot the double protein & added an unwanted ingredient on one sandwich; gave us one wrong cookie) HOWEVER, they were so apologetic and offered us more than one option on changing the sandwich.

Despite having to take the time to adjust our meal, they stayed on top of the crowd of people that were coming in (at least 10 other customers ordered while we were there), and they kept smiling the whole time!

I also liked that they kept in communication with each other making sure no one was missed.

Restaurant and restroom were very clean too.

“Been going for YEARS!! I'm 14 now, and it seems like I've been going since I was 5-6. The employees are always so fast and friendly. The food is always fresh and delicious!
(A lot of other reviews seem off to me since I've never seen anything like that in my 9 years of going here.)

“I've had there food there a few times good enough that I keep coming back I have been yelling people try them out best fires I've ever had, but I just had there chicken tenders lightly breaded and that was the best chicken I've ever had. “This place is wonderful. They have an indoor playground and their hospitality is through the roof. They host all sorts of community events throughout every month (like free bingo with prizes, activities for the kids, etc) and you can get a list of them on their Instagram. We accidentally stumbled on their most recent bingo evening, and the host was excellent - he had humor and engaged the crowd. I highly recommend checking this place out!“

There was a couple in front of me.He said about 10 min and it was right on time.The portions are very big and the breading was crunchy not oily. He asked if I wanted lemon pepper seasoning for both. I figured you don't ask unless it's popular. Boy it did not disappoint imo. Super fire! The coleslaw was good, it's very simple. If I had to "complain" the only thing I was just ok with was the fries. Only reason why is I like mine more crispy. They were still good though. Both the mild (bbq?)and hot (thicker style of a Louisiana mixed with Frank's?) sauces were good. For the price and portions it's definitely worth the try. “We decided to order from Culver’s tonight to contribute to the fundraiser for LWC. We ordered on the app to make to faster. When we arrived at the restaurant there were cars everywhere! It was crazy. We couldn’t even get close to the area for pre orders. We sat there in the long line, and my phone rang. It was one of the kids that works there asking us if we were there and what car we were in. I felt bad having him walk all the way out to our car, we were pretty far from the restaurant and it was snowing kind of hard. But the young man came out to our car with our order. He had a huge smile on his face and apologized we had to wait! I was very impressed with him, and wish I would have gotten his name. These poor kids trying to direct traffic and run orders and all with smiles on their faces. The managers should be very proud of this crew!“

“Autumn at this location is an angel on earth. After visiting the night of July 4th my daughter lost her blankeys somewhere at the DQ. I went back that evening to ask and no one had seen them. I went back the next morning and Autumn was so kind to take my number and said she would look around. After checking the dumpster (what a sweetheart) she found them! My daughter was heartbroken after a night of sleeplessness and now she is over the moon. I’m so glad she saw this act of kindness at such a young age. Thank you Autumn you are simply the best! “I almost didn't go here because of the low rating but being from out of state my husband and I always find that Arby's is a safe place for our aging digestive systems. It’s not always easy ordering with 7 kids, and she made the whole experience so much easier!“

“What stood out to me about this visit, was Mani who was extremely friendly and had high energy. He greeted me as I walked in and asked if everything was good once I was finished. I saw him acknowledge all customers that came after me which is rare with younger people. I know that makes me sound old (I’m 29) but some younger people have a tendency to not acknowledge you and then stare at you as if they’re brain dead when you do request help. Not Mani though, that kid is going places! Keep up the good work! Also my food was actually good, no complaints there.“

“My experience with the customer service has always been great, very polite workers. Yes, some mistakes have been made in the past with orders, but that is everywhere. Food is consistently good. “I went in to the Subway a little before 9 PM, as I was curious about what time they closed at, and was met with such wonderful and friendly customer service by the gentleman at the sub station that I ended up buying a footlong Subway Club. They were closing for the night in 5 minutes, and they helped me with my order, regardless of my timing! They got everything back out so it was prepped and ready just for me. (The Club Sub was delicious, too!) It is precisely these reasons why I am giving a full 5-star review for this Subway.

As a local in the Tri-City area with plenty of restaurants to choose from, the convenience of it being so close to home and the friendliness of the staff means I will be back for more. “Came here with some buddies after a sports event and sat down after ordering our food, Noah offered us water cups when he saw us sitting down and was very attentive! The nuggets I had ordered originally came out burnt and hard; Noah apologized for the mishap and offered to remake them free of charge! The new ones came out beautifully! He even checked on everyone’s order experience and made sure we were well taken care of.
