“Had thee best time visiting Crusade Burger Bar for the first time last weekend! Drove an hour and 20 minutes after seeing the February Shake of the Month. A friend of mine has shared your posts frequently over the years and myself and my partner had to come experience it for ourselves! Josh was an excellent and attentive server. My favorite band (Linkin Park) played almost the entire time from the playlist chosen. Food was amazing! 10/10 would recommend! I wish you guys would have had merch to purchase! “Service was awful! Our server, Joselyn, slammed down the glasses of water 5 minutes after we were seated, took our order and never saw her again until she slammed the bill down at our table. We saw her for a total of 3 minutes in the 45 minutes we were there. Unfortunately for Joselyn, her tip reflected her poor service. I tip 20-25% for good service, she lost out and made the restaurant less desirable to return. However, the burger was juicy and delicious, the macaroni and cheese was outstanding!“

We were blown away at how friendly the owner is, how cool this place is, and HOW DELICIOUS THE FOOD IS!!! We were told to try the clam chowder and anything with jammy bacon. “We ordered catering from Gyro Pit over the weekend and it was a huge hit. Everyone especially loved the Italian Beef and the Greek potatoes. The fried chicken was perfectly done and did *not* suffer the fate of being super dry and overcooked like a lot of other places I've had. We will definitely use them again for our next party. “I've always liked going here, sort of an institution. A food was good. Restaurant was decently clean. A few of the tables had stuff on them and we couldn't sit there, but that's kind of common when people don't clean up after themselves“

My son has special needs and they were so great with him. Value and good food doesn't have to be $100 a person , just good food at a reasonable price. Pub only has 8 tables and the bar and they were full and had people waiting for tables. “Autumn at this location is an angel on earth. After visiting the night of July 4th my daughter lost her blankeys somewhere at the DQ. I went back that evening to ask and no one had seen them. I went back the next morning and Autumn was so kind to take my number and said she would look around. After checking the dumpster (what a sweetheart) she found them! My daughter was heartbroken after a night of sleeplessness and now she is over the moon. I’m so glad she saw this act of kindness at such a young age. Thank you Autumn you are simply the best! Well last night I was at Delnor ( local er) pretty late and missed dinner so I figured I would stop through and redeem my item. Not only did the person over the intercom in the drive through apologize for the mishap, they told me to pick any combo and they'd add it no charge. “We decided to order from Culver’s tonight to contribute to the fundraiser for LWC. We ordered on the app to make to faster. When we arrived at the restaurant there were cars everywhere! It was crazy. We couldn’t even get close to the area for pre orders. We sat there in the long line, and my phone rang. It was one of the kids that works there asking us if we were there and what car we were in. I felt bad having him walk all the way out to our car, we were pretty far from the restaurant and it was snowing kind of hard. But the young man came out to our car with our order. He had a huge smile on his face and apologized we had to wait! I was very impressed with him, and wish I would have gotten his name. These poor kids trying to direct traffic and run orders and all with smiles on their faces. The managers should be very proud of this crew!“

“My experience with the customer service has always been great, very polite workers. Yes, some mistakes have been made in the past with orders, but that is everywhere. Food is consistently good. Only gripe would be i don't like when the burgers are served and the cheese is barely melted. Other than that, place has been a solid option in Sandwich/Plano since they opened.“
