Twice we've ordered concrete shakes, flavor of the day, through the drive-thru. Twice we've been directed to pull up and park in the waiting line. Twice we've watched every car in front of us pull away after receiving their orders, and the people who've come after us. At least 20 minutes, possibly longer. worse culvers around. fries were mushy, they put all the fries for my meal in one bag and the entrees in another..:weird. also my dr pepper spilled cuz the lid wasn't all the way on

The employees were amazing. Literally every employee there said hello, asked how everything was and even handed out free samples of the Flavor of the Day. Food was perfect too. Good job guys! You set the bar so high!
