Went to Culver’s tonight (8:40 on a Sunday) and waited 30 minutes for one concrete mixer. We watched everyone else get their food. Decided to go inside and there was our melted concrete mixer on the counter. Wouldn’t really care, but this is the second time that this has happened to us. Why tell us to pull around the corner if you’re just going to forget about us? I love Culver’s and the food here is always good, but we will be driving to the Sugar Grove location from now on due to the service at this location. Luckily they made us a brand new concrete mixer and gave us a free meal, but I’d rather drive to a different location from now on.

After a long day of traveling, stopping in for dinner and greeted great friendly staff, answered all our questions and special requests. Restaurant was well kept. Definitely one of the cleaner Culver's I have been to.

I came in today with a group of individuals from Open Door Rehabilitation Center, and we had a lovely lunch! Matthew was the kind employee who took all of the orders for our group. He was super sweet, diligent, and patient! I had to make eight separate orders, all with cash and all with receipts, and he made it as stress-free for ME as possible, even though there was a very large line behind me! He was very friendly and sweet, and is the reason I wanted to leave a review today! Everytime I come here the food is great and service is kind, but Mathew's service made it extra special this visit.Wheelchair accessibility: We had 2 individuals in wheelchairs today and we find it is easy to move around the dining area even if it's busy!

Three weeks ago I ordered a fish dinner with extra tarter sauce to go. I get home and no tarter sauce. My next visit I ordered a chilie with onions and cheese, get home. No onions or cheese.i ordered two Butterburgers with cheese the cheese was not melted and the burgers were for sure not made to order. Seemed like they were made ahead of time. Done with the Yorkville Culver's

Great as always. First time at the Yorkville location. And it did not disappoint.
Twice we've ordered concrete shakes, flavor of the day, through the drive-thru. Twice we've been directed to pull up and park in the waiting line. Twice we've watched every car in front of us pull away after receiving their orders, and the people who've come after us. At least 20 minutes, possibly longer. The first time we got lost in their system and the second time their ice cream machine froze up and quit working. Both unfortunate circumstances. Third time we were there because of our favorite flavor of the day (chocolate eclair.) Ordered our concrete shakes and we were told we couldn't have them as a concrete shake? Even though we've gotten them there many times before. So when it was the flavor of the day in Oswego, we went there and got our concrete shakes no problem.
