“Came here with some buddies after a sports event and sat down after ordering our food, Noah offered us water cups when he saw us sitting down and was very attentive! The nuggets I had ordered originally came out burnt and hard; Noah apologized for the mishap and offered to remake them free of charge! The new ones came out beautifully! He even checked on everyone’s order experience and made sure we were well taken care of.

We were incredibly grateful for Noah’s amazing customer service and attention to detail! If you’ve got the munchies, Noah’s your guy! MVP!“

“Did not get what we ordered. No receipt. Not friendly at all. Food was handed to us out of drive thru window and door shut without any acknowledgment. The worst I have ever experienced food cold. Was not even able to make a complaint.“

“the location is great very convenient, next to my gym. Thanks for the great food even during the covid era. I always order the steak and cheese the steak has always been tender and tasty. There has been no times in the last 5 years when the veggies were not fresh. When subway says eat FRESH they mean it. there has been a couple people working there consistently for the last year and they are the reason i am making this post. “The pieces we received were good but much smaller (and wadded up) than the Oswego location. In Oswego you get “strips”. In Batavia we both got wadded up pieces“

“I almost didn't go here because of the low rating but being from out of state my husband and I always find that Arby's is a safe place for our aging digestive systems. I am soooo glad we ignored the low ratings. The place was nearly spotless. The employees were prompt and polite. The food was perfectly made. The only complaint I have is of my own making. I continue to order the Jalepeno Bites thinking I can eat like a teenager... I can't. But even they were perfectly made. Hopefully people who regularly frequent this establishment will begin writing positive reviews.“

“Shout out to the lunch crew today! It was insanely busy during the lunch hour rush with people coming in to order, mobile orders and drive thru. I worked an environment like that in my younger years and I know the pressure you guys were enduring. “My workplace used this location twice for large orders of boxed lunches for our employees. The manager and team are always professional, accommodating, help with suggestions, and are just easy to work with from start to finish. Food is tasty and they're accurate with their orders! 5 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“

“On 3/1/24 at 8:15pm i went thru the drive thru and there’s a young man working the window, who has EXCELLENT customer service! I’ve encountered him before a few weeks ago and i was impressed especially coming from a food service background

“I've been to this location several times. I have to say in my experience this mc Donald's has always gotten my order correct even when busy. The last couple of times I've been here the food has been very good. Nice and hot and tasted very fresh. And unlike some other locations my fries weren't over salted.the employees here have always been friendly as well.“

“This is not a ‘sit in’ place. I think they only sell ice cream treats. No cooked food. Depending which staff you get, you will get a generous size soft serve cone or a minimal soft serve. No middle ground. Hope you get the generous one!

Parking: Small lot but this is not a dine in facility. Most would do drive through.“

Some of you need to learn to use the app to order ahead and customize so there are no miscommunications. Why not earn rewards while you're at it? But now that we are giving him this review, I hope that he will be a little more forthcoming. Overall, 5 stars all the way. “First time coming here today and I will definitely come back. My 73 year old mother got stung on her hand while we were eating in the parking lot and ending up dropping her sandwich. The manager was so kind and gave us a nice size bag of ice for her bee sting and they remade her sandwich fresh for her. The whole staff was exteremly friendly and kind and the food was amazing.
