“The burgers are wonderful. I had mine cooked medium well and it was not dry like some places. I really like the fries because they have the skin on. They originally forgot my french fries but they fixed it by giving me free cheese sticks and helped me out. I will be back.“

“I've never had a bad experience at Portillo's. I brought my Mom here from California. She was surprised at how inexpensive it was.
She had a hotdog with fries and I had a cheesy beef.
One thing we learned... while they do have gluten free separate fryer... ALL the oil from ALL the fryers goes through the SAME filtration system, which CONTAMINATES the oil! So people with celiac disease may be glutened!

“Great chicken fingers!!! But if someone in charge could please fix the menu on DoorDash for the mozzarella sticks? It says it comes with marinara sauce, but then makes you select from a list of sauces and marinara is not a choice. So one time I just picked a different sauce and got that sauce and not the marinara and the other time I picked no sauce and didn’t get anything. So if marinara sauce could be added to the sauce selection so there’s no confusion that would be wonderful.“

“Great for a treat! Can be busier when the weather is nice or hot but they're still quick. My only complaint, I've gone there a few times for a chocolate malt and it didn't have enough malt. The last time I ordered the chocolate malt I asked for extra malt but, it was exactly the same as a normal malt“

“At the end of the night I’m just a lil pot head that wants something to cure my munchies and every night that I show up here (usually 10mins to close) (( sorry !! )) they cure me they make the food fresh that minute and show the best attitude you could publicly perform at 10:50pm and i appreciate that every single night. “We frequent this BK as it is the only one around, and because it is a very nice place. Always excellent customer service, clean tables, just amazing especially for a fast food place.We recently went through the drive through, and one item was left out. No biggie it happens, I called and they said to just mention it next time I was in and they'd take care of me. Well last night I was at Delnor ( local er) pretty late and missed dinner so I figured I would stop through and redeem my item. Not only did the person over the intercom in the drive through apologize for the mishap, they told me to pick any combo and they'd add it no charge. This was so nice, especially after spending a few hours and the ER.“

“WOW this place has totally improved since back in the day!!!! The portions are huge, satisfying, and affordable (no crazy expensive burgers like everywhere else). The food here isn't nasty like mcds. It cares about healthy food. 100% REAL MEAT (no preservatives!) grass fed burgers, not scrawny little patties mixed with God knows what. Huge onion rings and beef tallow fries, not mystery seed oils. The milkshakes are made with REAL milk. They were voted #1 milkshakes by the zagat survey. It's kid friendly. Senior friendly (84 yr old mom with full dentures approved). Im highly impressed by the upgrades! This is def a hidden gem. If you haven't been here in a while, try it again!“

“First time coming here today and I will definitely come back. My 73 year old mother got stung on her hand while we were eating in the parking lot and ending up dropping her sandwich. The manager was so kind and gave us a nice size bag of ice for her bee sting and they remade her sandwich fresh for her. The whole staff was exteremly friendly and kind and the food was amazing. Thank you for you wonderful and kind serve! Made my first time experince very pleasent considering the situation... The bag of ice helped my mother so much! Thank you kindly“

“Very good meal and extremely attentive service. We had the 2 for $32 Bourbon street chicken and shrimp. It had a good flavor and the chicken was very tender. The carafe of Tito's strawberry lemonade was tasty and was a good value. I enjoyed the tomato basil soup as well.“

“Did not get what we ordered. No receipt. Not friendly at all. Food was handed to us out of drive thru window and door shut without any acknowledgment. The worst I have ever experienced food cold. Was not even able to make a complaint.“
