“The burgers are wonderful. I had mine cooked medium well and it was not dry like some places. I really like the fries because they have the skin on. They originally forgot my french fries but they fixed it by giving me free cheese sticks and helped me out. I will be back.“

“Ordered at the drive thru and took it home. Beef was awesome. One large fry is enough for 2+ people. Very impressed. Dare to say one of the best beef sandwiches I’ve had in a long time. Will go back for sure.“

“We frequent this BK as it is the only one around, and because it is a very nice place. Always excellent customer service, clean tables, just amazing especially for a fast food place.We recently went through the drive through, and one item was left out. No biggie it happens, I called and they said to just mention it next time I was in and they'd take care of me. Well last night I was at Delnor ( local er) pretty late and missed dinner so I figured I would stop through and redeem my item. Not only did the person over the intercom in the drive through apologize for the mishap, they told me to pick any combo and they'd add it no charge. This was so nice, especially after spending a few hours and the ER.“

“Portillo’s is amazing. I appreciate the staffs and managers kindness to me even though I have autism and their food is amazing and really good. The restaurant is in good condition. Manager Maddie and Liz and Vanessa is very nice. Amazing chopped salad and hot dogs are spectacular. Must come back. 10/10. Great service“

“Great chicken fingers!!! But if someone in charge could please fix the menu on DoorDash for the mozzarella sticks? It says it comes with marinara sauce, but then makes you select from a list of sauces and marinara is not a choice. So one time I just picked a different sauce and got that sauce and not the marinara and the other time I picked no sauce and didn’t get anything. So if marinara sauce could be added to the sauce selection so there’s no confusion that would be wonderful.“

“I’ve been coming here since I was a kid, it’s classic American fast food at its finest just wish they were still open late so I could come more. Just came today 02/03/25 and the drive through operator was quick, kind, and professional despite how busy she was :) give that lady a raise!“

“Did not get what we ordered. No receipt. Not friendly at all. Food was handed to us out of drive thru window and door shut without any acknowledgment. The worst I have ever experienced food cold. Was not even able to make a complaint.“
