“So I just stopped in the Culver’s here in South Elgin and there was a mistake on my order. I was not really upset or anything about it because I wasn’t certain if it was correct so I asked the young man Kevin that was working there and he did in fact say that my order was that correct and he promptly brought me a new sandwich and a box to take the old one home. The customer service is top-tier here the place is very clean and they cooked my food promptly and fixed any issues very promptly. I’m definitely coming back not just because of Kevin, but he is definitely a good employee. Thank you.“

“Great chicken fingers!!! But if someone in charge could please fix the menu on DoorDash for the mozzarella sticks? It says it comes with marinara sauce, but then makes you select from a list of sauces and marinara is not a choice. So one time I just picked a different sauce and got that sauce and not the marinara and the other time I picked no sauce and didn’t get anything. So if marinara sauce could be added to the sauce selection so there’s no confusion that would be wonderful.“

“I had put in an online order to pick up and on the way there, my 1 year old fell asleep. When we got there, I went through the drive thru and was told they had not received the order. They asked if I could come in but I told them I had my son asleep in his car seat in the back. They had me pull around to the window and I showed them my email receipt that showed the right store, that it was paid for, etc. Tina had me pull into the parking lot, took a picture of my order, and made our food for us anyway and even brought it out to me in the parking lot, along with a Steak ‘n Shake hat for my son.
