“Service was awful! Our server, Joselyn, slammed down the glasses of water 5 minutes after we were seated, took our order and never saw her again until she slammed the bill down at our table. We saw her for a total of 3 minutes in the 45 minutes we were there. Unfortunately for Joselyn, her tip reflected her poor service. I tip 20-25% for good service, she lost out and made the restaurant less desirable to return. However, the burger was juicy and delicious, the macaroni and cheese was outstanding!“

Which she could not finish. I tried one of them and they were full of flavor and so meaty and juicy. I do, however think that they should make their own ranch dressing.Instead of the packets and i've had better fries, but all in all o my gosh, this is our new spot. I can't wait to try everything on the menu. Which will probably take me a year because of the variety. In my opinion culvers, Tasteee bite which, by the way, I worked for 4 a decade in the kitchen, which I used to brag about. But their prices are too high. So for those of you who have not tried, there's baba's famous steak and lemonade.You must try. My niece also got a watermelon lemonade that was a slushy
And it was so good. I've been to many restaurants and fast foods throughout my life. And this by far, it's one of the best. It was crazy. We couldn’t even get close to the area for pre orders. We sat there in the long line, and my phone rang. It was one of the kids that works there asking us if we were there and what car we were in. I felt bad having him walk all the way out to our car, we were pretty far from the restaurant and it was snowing kind of hard. But the young man came out to our car with our order. He had a huge smile on his face and apologized we had to wait! I was very impressed with him, and wish I would have gotten his name. These poor kids trying to direct traffic and run orders and all with smiles on their faces. The managers should be very proud of this crew!“

“I would say that this is a good Culver's...But it pales to the Culver's at 6 miles cypress in Fort Myers Florida...In the Fort Myers location you can actually taste the butter in the Butterburgers ! A friend of mine has shared your posts frequently over the years and myself and my partner had to come experience it for ourselves! Josh was an excellent and attentive server. “We come here fairly often, for the best burgers (our opinion) in the Fox Valley. And if you like onion rings, I recommend trying the onion strings as a side but ask for them fried just a bit more.
Now yesterday we stopped in on a whim - middle of the afternoon on a Sunday! And I decided I was not going to get my usual go-to burger or catfish.
