I wish I had gotten your name the server with the glasses and a ton of kindness and great customer service, I was with my 86 y/o mother and she is nervous when out and about so stopping here to get sandwiches was a challenge for her from not knowing what she wanted to, not being able to hear, and changing her mind in seconds, this staff member saw the struggle and when she saw they had cream soda and wanted one just gave her a cup and said it’s on the house without hesitation,...read full review

The sandwiches are top notch - and that’s customary for this Jerry Mikes. There is no question about the quality. BUT the most notable part is the staff who work there. We had some delivery issues with a 3rd party and Sarah and her crew did EVERYTHING they could to make sure it got to us. Several times! Sarah is such a doll and has dealtWith our nonsense before (we have a weird address). She even hand wrote this on the bag today! ❤️❤️❤️ we got them!!!
