The sandwiches are top notch - and that’s customary for this Jerry Mikes. There is no question about the quality. BUT the most notable part is the staff who work there. We had some delivery issues with a 3rd party and Sarah and her crew did EVERYTHING they could to make sure it got to us. Several times! Sarah is such a doll and has dealtWith our nonsense before (we have a weird address). She even hand wrote this on the bag today! ❤️❤️❤️ we got them!!!

Don't waste your money on two pieces of lunch meat per sub. Go to Joseph's deli in Geneva for same price and quadruple size. Jersey Mike's is not worth the money.menu complicated all sandwiches standard you have to ask to add or hold certain ingredients to an existing item.

I wish I had gotten your name the server with the glasses and a ton of kindness and great customer service, I was with my 86 y/o mother and she is nervous when out and about so stopping here to get sandwiches was a challenge for her from not knowing what she wanted to, not being able to hear, and changing her mind in seconds, this staff member saw the struggle and when she saw they had cream soda and wanted one just gave her a cup and said it’s on the house without hesitation, it saved me from getting back into the line and losing track of her as she likes to wander, thank you, you are a true superhero in my book.

Bryan the manager/GM he is AMAZING. Hands down the BEST customer service I have experience. Due to the hot weather last min the dealership I work for wanted to get all employees lunch. I called multiple places that said they could not help me in such short notice, then I talked to Bryan at the Geneva location and he was so willing to have such a big order ready for us within 2 hours. Not only did he complete the order in time but his entire staff was amazing and brought everything out to the vehicle for me. I HIGHLY recommend this location and Bryans amazing customer service just blew me away!

Me and my girlfriend came in like ten minutes til closing time and the guy was super nice and talkative and was super cool. I had spent the last of my money buying something for my gf at the Marshalls nearby and was also paying for the sandwiches. I didn't want to be embarrassed by having too little money to buy food for both of us, so when I drained my card and it still said $3 or so left, I didn't really know what to do so I just looked in my pockets and he quietly said "you're good" while my gf was getting a drink. I am forever in debt to the manager for allowing me to look cool in front of my girlfriend and making my night. An amazing movement of gratitude by the staff. Thank you Jersey Mike's manager for letting me look cool in front of my gf. Also the sandwiches were insanely good and that made it even better!
