“Stopped at this location tonight after finding a good deal on the app

Abigail & Kiera greeted us as soon as we came in. We ordered our sandwiches on the app to take advantage of the deal and they made the sandwiches right away.

There were a few issues (forgot the double protein & added an unwanted ingredient on one sandwich; gave us one wrong cookie) HOWEVER, they were so apologetic and offered us more than one option on changing the sandwich.

Despite having to take the time to adjust our meal, they stayed on top of the crowd of people that were coming in (at least 10 other customers ordered while we were there), and they kept smiling the whole time!

I also liked that they kept in communication with each other making sure no one was missed.

Restaurant and restroom were very clean too.

“Been going for YEARS!! I'm 14 now, and it seems like I've been going since I was 5-6. The employees are always so fast and friendly. The food is always fresh and delicious!
(A lot of other reviews seem off to me since I've never seen anything like that in my 9 years of going here.)

“Absolutely incredible. Blew away any expectations I had. The staff is incredibly nice, a fantastic family atmosphere every grilled cheese you could ever want and all that reasonable price. My celiac daughter got great food and my two other daughters were estatic. I am low carb and they had keto bread. Just perfection I had a horseradish club and it was great. Don't walk run here. I'm willing to make a 40 minute one-way trip for it so incredible really hats off to The folks running it“

“My workplace used this location twice for large orders of boxed lunches for our employees. The manager and team are always professional, accommodating, help with suggestions, and are just easy to work with from start to finish. Food is tasty and they're accurate with their orders! 5 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“

“We had a great experience at this location. The food was very delicious. I had the four cheese melt, Cheddar & broccoli soup, and the Black Cherry Lemonade. Wow the lemonade was so good.

They offered us free one day old cookies. The staff were patient and friendly.

“I went in to the Subway a little before 9 PM, as I was curious about what time they closed at, and was met with such wonderful and friendly customer service by the gentleman at the sub station that I ended up buying a footlong Subway Club. They were closing for the night in 5 minutes, and they helped me with my order, regardless of my timing! They got everything back out so it was prepped and ready just for me. (The Club Sub was delicious, too!) It is precisely these reasons why I am giving a full 5-star review for this Subway.

That kind of excellent care for the customer, satisfying food and welcoming atmosphere is rare in foodservice. As a local in the Tri-City area with plenty of restaurants to choose from, the convenience of it being so close to home and the friendliness of the staff means I will be back for more. (And now that I know they close at 9 PM; I'll try to be more appreciative of their work schedule by trying to get there at least half an hour before closing.)“

“I really love subway! I really do! The sandwiches are amazing and my mouth is watering just thinking about it. But I don't give it a five because I think that online, they should have a build your own sandwich option. Because when you walk into the restaurant, you can build your own sandwich or you can get a sandwich that they already have. But online, they only have the option to buy a sandwich they already have. You can edit the sandwiches but you can only do so much to them.“

“It was good. Service fast- daughter ate her entire sub! I ordered a lettuce wrap; my lettuce was a bit too damp: and the pieces didn’t hold up because of this- they also forgot to add mustard and I didn’t notice until I got home. Other than that; good.“

“I had to speak to the manager, Yvone, due to thinking both sandwiches being made incorrectly. Turns out only 1 sandwich was missing the bacon n I ordered the other incorrectly. My own mistake. She did hear me say I don't eat pork, so she offered to remake both sandwiches for me, keep the sandwich missing bacon, n give back the ham, n get the sandwich I intended to pick up! She so didn't have to remake my sandwich since it was totally my mistake, but was so considerate n did. Thank you Yvonne, I will definitely be returning!!“
