“So I just stopped in the Culver’s here in South Elgin and there was a mistake on my order. I was not really upset or anything about it because I wasn’t certain if it was correct so I asked the young man Kevin that was working there and he did in fact say that my order was that correct and he promptly brought me a new sandwich and a box to take the old one home. The customer service is top-tier here the place is very clean and they cooked my food promptly and fixed any issues very promptly. I’m definitely coming back not just because of Kevin, but he is definitely a good employee. Thank you.“

“Off the beated path the Milk House sign pops out at you. At first glace it rustic look give you a feel for that old grocery store.
Yet, once inside you discover why there are so many cars in the lot.
With many choices of freshly made Ice creams, it's hard to decide which to pick.
The staff is friendly and after many samples. There is ample seating in a separate building to enjoy your treat.

making a U-turn and I am very picky. However the owner was very accommodating and made my drink to order without any rush at the window and it was absolutely perfect. Nothing but good vibes and customer service all around. I definitely recommend.

“Went to Grahams by recommendation from a local for Ice cream. We were in no way disappointed. Delicious Ice cream, Wonderful selection, Warm atmosphere, kind and helpful service and unique offerings. This is a place I would go to buy gifts for loved ones for the holidays or other special occasion. I was lucky enough to be able to have a Lingonberry shake and have to say if you make it when it is available you should not skip it! Delicious, it is now my favorite shake and I will need to do some serious workshopping in the kitchen to enjoy this treat until I am able to visit again, in season!“

“The blueberry wafflecone and black cherry ice cream are a MUST try! There are an abundance of cookie dough flavors that you can also pair with the ice cream, and they offer gluten free and vegan cookie dough flavors making it friendly for almost everyone. My mom is picky when it comes to her ice cream and it getting all the way to the bottom of her cone, and this met her standards as this doesn’t happen often. We’re super pleased and will recommend! We also caught the owner while he was in there and he was very kind and hospitable, making all the difference!“
