I recently ordered a birthday cake online from a bakery, and I must say, it was an absolute delight from start to finish. Not only was the cake itself incredibly delicious, but the entire experience, from placing the order to receiving it, was seamless. “What a great find. Stopped by this morning in search of a special order item for a baby shower in November. Eric listened to our request for 60+ decorated rice krispy treats and gave us his thoughts. We also purchased a fantastic chocolate chip scone, an almond croissant and two cookies to bring home. “Crumbl in Hoffman Estates is a sweet stop for anyone with a cookie craving. The rotating menu keeps things exciting, with new flavors to try every week alongside the classic favorites. The cookies are big, fresh, and usually warm, making them perfect for sharing (or not!). The store is clean, and the service is quick and friendly. Prices are a little high, but the quality and unique flavors make it worth it.“

“We tried the pistachio & ham & cheese croissants + a delicious pastry with cream... I think it was a Tropézienne? It was all delicious and the pistachio was a work of art. We will absolutely be back and Im especially eager to try their cappuccino now! For anyone concerned about pricing...no, its not cheap. - but real, fresh ingredients and being skilled at a craft will always come with more cost. It was worth it for what we tried. Please Kindly ignore the paper plates pictures from home.“

I reached out to the manager a few days ahead of time about hosting a small gathering, and they were incredibly responsive and helpful every step of the way. The night of the event couldn’t have gone better—the staff was well-prepared, the space was beautifully set up, and the food was absolutely delicious. Everything came together perfectly! 10/10 experience—can’t wait to come back!“

She was so patient with my many questions and never made me feel like a nuisance. Everything was completed to perfection and done so artistically with Vanessa's recommendations.
