“Wow! We had the best time yesterday at Crave Cookie Lombard! My two children wanted to try it out so we went in. First impressions, it’s very clean and welcoming! We tried the Dubai strawberry cup, the cookie milk shake and a loaded soda! All were very delicious. It was the best loaded soda I’ve ever had! Our host the owner’s niece took the extra time to talk with us and told us a little bit about the family business. She even gave us free samples of warm chocolate chip cookies! They were so yummy! “The empanadas were very tasty. Great proportions for a snack or an appetizer. They could probably even become a meal once you have a full plate. Each empanada was full of flavor. That was quite a treat. This time I asked for a dozen of cookies. They were very delicious. I paced myself with each cookie so that the aftertaste would last just a little bit longer. Nice distinct flavor made each cookie stand out. That box of cookies was "a cookie party" And finally, the dragon fruit cheesecake... In one word - PHENOMENAL !!! Impressive visually with the three colorful layers and so incredibly delicate in taste. The dragon fruit cheesecake is a pure JOY to have. I highly recommend this local treasure. “I was waiting for my cookies when I observed a worker who was rolling dough. She stepped away from the dough table, and went on her personal phone, then immediately went back to touching the dough. Wearing the same pair of gloves the entire time. I made a comment that she should probably switch gloves if she is going to touch her personal phone and then peoples food. Just wanted to be sure it doesn’t happen again. That’s gross.“

The ham and cheese croissant, pistachio spiral croissant, and iced hazelnut latte were very good. My only complaint would be that it is a little pricey but that wouldn’t stop me from eating there again or recommending to others.“

Guess it’s loss of business for them. It’s unfortunate.“

After some Googling, scrutinizing reviews, and learning that this place is located only ~20 minutes away from me, I set my sights and was not disappointed. While I'm glad that I went on a Sunday, the parking lot isn't _that_ small. Yes, there is a sushi place next door, and it probably fills up during peak service hours. But there's even more parking a stone's throw away. I've been to dine-in restaurants on the North side with less parking, lol.“

“My grandpa ordered cookies from The Cookie Garden for my grandma and mom every Valentine’s day for as long as I can remember. After he passed away last summer, my sister and I decided to keep the tradition going and surprise them. They both had flavor preferences and I was unable to remember them. I emailed them to see if they’d be able to look up his past orders. I received a response the next morning from Jeannie and she was able to find the past orders and told me the flavors he usually order them. She remembered my grandpa and had planned on calling to check-in with him, since she was expecting his order this year. The shipping was fast and the cookies arrived on the day I requested, they were also able to accommodate to their flavor preferences. The cookies were amazing as usual and my grandma and mom were surprised when they found out who sent them. Thank you so much to Jeannie and The Cookie Garden! 💕“
