Polite and efficient on the phone.
Our hot and tasty pizzas were delivered in less than the 1 hour they said it would arrive. (40 min)
Their Fried shrimp is also amazing.

We ordered dinner for the teachers at Madison for parent teacher conferences and had the best experience with Rosati's! Nick was super helpful and accommodating. He customized our orders and made the delivery super easy. We would use them again and again. We can't say enough good things about this restaurant and Nick!
Excellent customer service ❤ and best pizza around in town 👌🏼

Rosati's Pizza consistently delivers excellent food and exceptional service. The accommodating and polite employees ensure timely deliveries, often meeting exact requested times. While occasional mistakes may occur, the restaurant promptly rectifies issues, as seen with their Monday special of pizza and soda. Customers particularly enjoy their pepperoni and mushroom thin crust pizza, describing it as very good and worth every penny. The staff are friendly and efficient, whether for carry-out or delivery, and parking is usually available out front. This location has maintained quality despite rising prices and is highly recommended by loyal customers. They have also shown great commitment to customer satisfaction, quickly resolving issues like wrong orders by sending new items free of charge.
