Sloppy work. Order ahead for pickup here all the time. Leave a nice tip when submit the order every time. Order is wrong EVERY time. Stuff like forgot standard mustard, didn’t add requested pickles, didn’t cut in half, didn’t bother to label sandwiches when order several. Just lazy. Don’t tip until you see how your order came out.

Very fast and friendly service from Pricilla and Pricilla! They were wonderful! Also, the bathrooms and the whole restaurant were super clean! I will definitely go back to this Jimmy John’s!!!
