The manager at this store is awful, I ordered a sandwich the other day and it was awful, barely any tuna on it and the veggies tasted off ,I called back to get a refund and she said because I ate some of it I couldn’t get a refund. Not even an apology from her she said it’s not my problem, she said it’s because they’re short staffed. Last time I checked is that the customer is always right, And you don’t tell a customer that it’s not their problem. I will not be returning to this Jimmy John’s or any other Jimmy John’s for that matter. Very disappointed. I wish I can give this review a zero star!!! As I would.

Close this location already. Terrible service, can't call to make an order, they run out of bread. So not freaky fast, nothing but an imposter. And you still owe me $20 for the last time you couldn't complete my order because you RAN OUT OF BREAD at noon on a Saturday, and you won't answer the phone for me to tell you that!

I tried to grab some lunch at 3:51 today and they were closed. The employees were all in there but the door was locked. Online it says they were open until 8. This is not the first time that this has happened either. On top of this when I have been to this location in the past it was very unprofessional customer service and the sandwich was pretty pathetic. Also extremely slow delivery. In other words not “freaky fast” or “freaky good.” I think Jimmy John’s is going downhill…..sad. Well, I guess I will go and see if Jersey Mikes or Potbelly’s are open.

The delivery is trash. I can get a pizza delivered faster. It’s an hour plus during lunch for delivery and don’t expect the order to ever be correct.

The Vito is great, but my sandwich was a mess. I ordered it on wheat and the bread was falling apart and did not taste fresh. The excess oil and vinegar just accelerated the disintegration of the sandwich as the bread became wet, soggy, and mushy. A definite miss.
