Hanna's Bakery & Dessert Shop is a fantastic bakery known for its beautiful and delicious cakes. Many customers praise the exceptional quality and artistry of their custom cakes, with mentions of successful creations for special occasions like weddings and birthdays. The strawberry/vanilla cake is particularly highlighted for its light and airy texture, and the buttercream is noted for being light and not overly sweet. Customers appreciate the bakery's attention to detail and the professionalism of the team, especially in personalizing cake designs to meet specific requests.
However, some reviews mention issues with the staff's attitude, describing them as rude and snarky. This has led to concerns about customer service, despite the high quality of the baked goods. While the prices are considered a bit on the higher side, many believe that the exquisite taste and presentation make it worth it. Overall, Hanna's Bakery & Dessert Shop is highly recommended for anyone seeking beautiful and tasty baked treats, but potential customers may want to manage their expectations regarding service.
