Aliyah was so kind and the cookies were out of this world! The mango sticky rice and the campfire cookie are my favorite!
i absolutely love these cookies. some weeks are better than others!
These cookies are so yummy and pretty, their not too sweet compare to other stores cookies. Frida greeted us with a smile right when we walked in. Even though she was busy with an order I also saw her greet other customers as soon as they came in the door as well. The service was quick. The store was kept clean! Crave Cookie in Mount Prospect has become my kids and I favorite cookie store!! :)

Crave Cookies is a new spot with phenomenal, always fresh cookies that are a perfect balance of flavors and an awesome treat. Many customers find the cookies much better than a competitor's, noting they are just right and a special treat, with reasonable prices. Specific favorite cookies include the Oreo cheesecake, the Reese's style cookie, the waffle crisp cookie, the Biscoff Cookie, and the Dubai cookie, which are all loved. The dirty sodas are also pretty good and surprising.
The team at the front counter are incredibly pleasant, super accommodating, incredibly friendly, and very attentive. They are known for being helpful to first-timers, offering samples, and providing excellent service, even opening early for customers. The experience is always quick and amazing, leaving customers eager to go back. Many plan return visits specifically for their favorite cookies, stating this is where you wanna be.
