“First time at this location as we were visiting my son and daughter in law and was truly disappointed about dinner . Ordered herb crusted chicken with a side kick of shrimp and got a plain grilled chicken breast and let manger know and she offered nothing but got a new actual herb crusted chicken 15 minutes later after everyone was about done with dinner ! Been to Texas by our house several times and ordered this same thing and never got this kind of service ! Not even a sorry let me make it right !”

For many years in the early 1990’s I worked at Moti Mahal on Belmont for the Sikand family and while I have never found any Restaurants Chicken Makani as good as ours was when cooked by Chef Nano but Trilokah put a different spin on their version with a sauce probably not as sweet but while watching ones sugar that is good and this version had so much meat and I Loved That in an era currently where many restaurants try to cheat you on meat and add extra vegetables - I actually got a dish better than what I had hoped for! Just Awesome!!!!”

“We were pleasantly surprised! However, on the website it says some locations have Semi-sweet chocolate chip cookies on Thursdays…if this location had those I’d be here every day. The milk chocolate was just okay, not the best because milk chocolate doesn’t balance out the cookie. That’s why crumbl chocolate chip is bad. Semi-sweet chips are always the better choice! Please bring them to Mt. Prospect! (Not sure why they wouldn’t just be on the menu in the first place and every day, not just Thursdays?) Thank you!”

“This place is my go to when I'm hungry and in the area. They have legit shawarma sandwiches the sizes of small footballs. The service is great, food comes out in a decent amount of time, and pretty clean for the amount of traffic that they get. I always do and will continue to recommend this place to others. Oh and 100% zabiha halaal.”

“I’ve been coming here a while since they opened. It’s great to have this location in downtown Mount Prospect.
I live within walking distance, live right across from the library.
As always, the owners as you can see the gentleman in the pictures always smiling happy that we are all enjoying his restaurant.

The husband and wife team are amazing people there they have a great display of machines, snacks, Ramen, and the best fun drinks.

Today I went by because I was on a huge DoorDash order. It’s great to be able to come here as a customer and as a delivery driver.

So many drinks I took to a companies office.

It’s so great that the owners has the order ready for me as I arrived and can do very large orders.

I know my customers are happy. I’ve seen people sitting there with a smile and I’m so glad they are here with us in downtown Mount Prospect.

We’ve had our place since 2016 and I’ve seen many buildings and businesses come into our area.

“We went for lunch and ordered the green curry and the yellow curry. Both tastes spicy and sweet of coconut milk. I chose medium spicy, but it’s quite spicy for me. The other one chose hot spicy and it was hard to finish it because it was too spicy.

“Although I don't live nearby, this place caught my eye online so I thought I would try it. They have both hot dogs and fancier haute dogs. I opted for the former with all the condiments, fries and onion rings. The service was friendly and prompt and all the food good. The seating is limited but if you get a seat, there's lots of natural light and when I was there, the Grateful Dead were playing which just added to the ambiance of a suburban location.”

“Love their food but some improvement is needed with ordering. I’ve had 2 issues which I wasn’t going to mention the first one but after today I decided to write about it so maybe Managment can see and tweak things a bit. First issue a while ago (I think about 5-7 months ago) I ordered a plain cheeseburger with fries and bottled water. Drive away from the drive-through and as I get ready to eat my food 10 min later I realize they didn’t put cheese on it. So I drove back and said I asked for a plain cheeseburger and you guys forgot to put the cheese on. Girl says ok and gets me a new one. Drive away and I park in front of the store to just take a peak and guess what. Again no cheese. Burgers have no cheese. Cheeseburgers have cheese. A plain cheeseburger gets nothing else except for cheese. A plain burger is just a bun and the burger patty. I just wanted to eat so I moved on and ate my plain burger. Today I ordered a Buffalo ranch chicken salad but I asked if I can have the chicken grilled instead of the breaded one and they gave me chicken without Buffalo sauce. If they weren’t sure they could have asked but this wasn’t for me. And this was not their first time ordering this item but they’ve never had an issue so somehow this message was confusing either to the kitchen or how it was rung in. This was ordered at 5:04:50 PM on 2/10/2022 receipt DT98. Order Id: AAANPKMJAQAH at the 861 E. Rand Rd. My. Prospect location. We didn’t have the energy to drive back and get the right chicken. Again, we love your food but these things shouldn’t keep happening. Thank you”

“When I tell you this place is the best place for tamales… trust me! I go there at 4am when they first open, that’s how good they are. Price is a bit on the higher side but it’s definitely worth the quality. My favorite are the rajas and green chicken tamales. Very spicy tamales but they’re amazing.”

“We go to the Mt. Prospect Mod pizza weekly. We like it there. BUT, They are SO skimpy on the toppings it’s ridiculous. Their standard amount of cheese is nothing. When you ask for more they add a pinch! More means more. Once it’s cooked there’s almost no cheese on it. Especially when you only have a 1 topping pizza. And the other toppings need to be, at the very least, enough to get some on each slice. I literally was given 6 pieces of sausage. That wouldnt even be enough for half the pizza. One worker stood there on her phone the entire time we were there and didnt even help the other worker. I imagine it’s hard to get workers, but the old staff was way better. They were friendly and quick and made the pizza as requested.”
