The servers were super nice. AND we got ice cream after!

“This is my second time now visiting Meat Moot at the Randhurst location, and once again, I left completely thrilled! The first time I had the beef brisket, and this time I tried the lamb brisket and ooofff 😮‍💨 The quality of the meat here is smoked to perfection. Very juicy, tender, and flavorful. The unlimited sides, sauces, and vegetables are a bonus. We couldn’t get enough of everything! The staff was so kind and attentive throughout our meal. It was also my mom’s birthday and they surprised us with a free blueberry cheesecake that was simply delicious! The crumble cake inside, mascarpone filling and blueberry jam on top was soooo yummy. We left with very full bellies and happy hearts 💕 Our experience was wonderful and we’ll definitely be back!“

“First time at this location as we were visiting my son and daughter in law and was truly disappointed about dinner . Ordered herb crusted chicken with a side kick of shrimp and got a plain grilled chicken breast and let manger know and she offered nothing but got a new actual herb crusted chicken 15 minutes later after everyone was about done with dinner ! Been to Texas by our house several times and ordered this same thing and never got this kind of service ! Not even a sorry let me make it right !“

“Bluegrass Restaurant is a wonderful, family-owned restaurant. We have been ordering takeout and eating in since we came to Highland Park three years ago. The owners take pride in managing the restaurant on a daily basis. They prioritize customer service, great food, and a warm, welcoming experience. Last night, they hosted the Highland Park/Highwood Professional Moms group. We had only expected 15 women to attend, but 25 women ended up coming. The owners and the staff were AMAZING. They brought over additional chairs. They provided us with top-notch service, including separate checks. They respected us when we were speaking to the group and quietly took orders in the background. I can't say enough nice things about this restaurant.“

(Peg leg in Nashville still is the over all best we’ve had) We happened upon Porkey’s after our Chicago plans fell through. Wow!!!!!!!!!! We had several plates of meat, a kids meal, sides, and dessert and our bill was less than $50. The staff were friendly, attentive and they offered great suggestions. I was so satisfied with our whole experience. From beginning to end a great flipping meal. They also had the bears pre season game on. Everything was so tasty. I will say this… and it may be fighting words, but their lumpia were better than stix and noodles. We had brisket sandwich, 1/2 lb of pulled pork, chicken fingers, a bao bun, brisket lumpia and bread pudding. On sundays they also have apple cider donuts so yeah we had those too! 5 stars from beginning to end.“

“I cant believe that I'm typing this but KBBQ is head and shoulders better than anything in the suburbs and thats saying something because there are some good places for Korean BBQ. The meat is the highest quality you'll find and easily matches up with anything in the city. Prices are set right and the combos of meats are the way to go. The outside skirt steak is especially food. The loan picture is took doesnt do it justice. Clean and well lit. They have smoke tubes right above the grill so you don't smell when you leave. Excellent service.“

“We lived in Korea, so we’ve had our share of Korean barbecue. New Seoul really brought us back. The meat was fantastic, the charcoal made a big difference, and everything tasted fresh and authentic.

“I went here yesterday. While they do offer Korean tabletop BBQ, I decided to get the Ganjang Gejang (soy sauce marinated crab). It was a little spicy, but the crab was huge and absolutely delicious. Hands down the best Ganjang Gejang in Chicago!“

Was so good went back for a half pound of brisket
I had left a review about a year ago saying food was only ok
When I was there last I talked with the owner and asked if they had made any changes he said they did because they read their reviews

“Carson's Prime Steaks & Famous Ribs (in Deerfield) is hands down one of thee best places to have a meal with your spouse, a friend, or your family. My wife and I've been here twice in the past 3 months (birthday, and just because). We love the ribs, chicken, and the gigantic pork chop. While the food is Exceptional, the service is even better. The manager was very Gracious in stopping by our booth to make sure we were enjoying our meal.

The day after my mother passed away my father and I came here for lunch after starting to deal with necessary arrangements. My father mentioned my mother's passing and everyone there was beyond nice and comforting.
