K Arirang BBQ is an awesome restaurant all around. The food is amazing, with everything tasting clean and authentic, not too salty, greasy, or full of MSG. Everything is super fresh, including the meat, veggies, and soups. Specific meals like Agujjim (braised spicy fish) are delicious without being too overwhelming. The cold noodle soup with the BBQ is a highlight, and the Bibimbop is the real deal, especially the one in a stone pot. Dakgalbi and thinly sliced pork belly make amazing drinks snacks. There are spicy and not spicy options, with vegan and vegetarian options available for plant based friends. The sides are home made and fresh. The waitresses are super nice, extremely kind, and welcoming. The atmosphere is cozy and clean. The ladies owning the place are wonderful and caring. This restaurant used to be called Kogii Kogii but is under new ownership, with the employees from a previous Arirang BBQ now running K Arirang BBQ. Customers can’t go wrong with either the KBBQ options or the individual dishes, such as the brisket and marinated short ribs.
