For $32 ayce, it includes two types of short rib, marinated pork neck, pork brisket, and prime brisket and beef belly, that is the best bang for your buck I have seen and the quality is superb. We arrived during the dinner rush, and given it’s the holiday season, I’m sure there’s an uptick in guests, but we were still seated within about 15–20 minutes, which was impressive. There is a one-hour dining limit during this season, I understand they’re turning tables quickly to accommodate everyone, especially having worked in the industry myself. However, I was really disappointed that every single item we ordered was cold. I don’t usually like to complain, so I didn’t mention it at the time, assuming it was just due to how busy the restaurant was. But after reading other reviews, it seems this may be a recurring issue, which is unfortunate. I’m not sure I would return, but on a positive note, the atmosphere was lovely and the staff were wonderful. I didn't find the staff to be very friendly, that would have made the atmosphere so much better. I felt the price was unexpectedly high but it was definitely something I would do again.“

“Carson's Prime Steaks & Famous Ribs (in Deerfield) is hands down one of thee best places to have a meal with your spouse, a friend, or your family. My wife and I've been here twice in the past 3 months (birthday, and just because). We love the ribs, chicken, and the gigantic pork chop. While the food is Exceptional, the service is even better. The manager was very Gracious in stopping by our booth to make sure we were enjoying our meal.

“I recently reached out to Mindy's for a birthday cake for my sisters birthday. The process was incredibly smooth to get my order in and confirmed. The woman who replied to my email request was kind, understanding and knowledgeable as she walked me through the whole process. They were clear up front about not doing heavy design work but since it's Mindy's, everything is always so good that I was here for the flavors not necessarily design. Then they suggested fresh flowers to lift the cake up and admittedly I had no idea how it would turn out. Well let me tell you all, this was the prettiest, best tasting cake I've ever had before. People stopped me as I was walking out with it to admire it. The people at the restaurant we hosted the party at wanted to know where it was from. Cakes are honestly such a center piece of a party and this cake did not disappoint. Mindy and her team are some of the best, most talented people around. “I gave five stars because I absolutely love they turkey tips I stumbled upon this location last month and I have been recommending my customers to go there but today was a very bad experience for me and I probably won’t be returning because the lady at the counter today was very very very rude to me and I truly don’t appreciate that. This is my first time seeing her there it’s usually a nice gentleman man that works there I asked her may I have a bag please for my food she turned around and looked at me with disgust and said “I’m going to put it in a bag “then took the bag and threw it on the counter at me I’m so glad that I’m more in to my church now because she almost took me there but the devil is a lie. Once we got to the counter a nice gentleman named Jose was the one that helped us! That guy is the MVP! You can tell he enjoys his job and does it pretty well!
