This is very clean Subway. When I was there today, there was a guy behaving like a j*** without purchasing any thing and was demanding complementary utensils, employee gave him one but he was not satisfied and he was very aggressive to the employees.
This is hands down the best Subway in the area. It's always fresh, clean, friendly, fast, and always stocked with cookies. (Everything a Subway should be). I'm not sure about the other not so great reviews, but we come here all the time and never had a bad experience.
