We arrived at exactly 9:30 PM, right when the restaurant was supposed to close, and Mr. Drew was kind enough to let us in and serve us anyway. He could have easily told us they were closed, but instead he went above and beyond to make sure we could get a meal.
That kindness was truly appreciated, especially after a long day. Thank you so much, Mr. Drew! Because of you, I’m not hungry and grumpy tonight. We really appreciate your kindness and great customer service!

Panda Express offers hot and fresh food with good prices and decent portions, satisfying customers with its quick service. The restaurant layout is nice and the place is kept clean, making for a comfortable dining experience. The team, including Jenny, Rebecca, Joseph, and Jose, are praised for their efficiency and friendly service. Customers appreciate the frequent menu updates, vegetarian options, and plentiful parking that helps avoid cross traffic. The restaurant can get busy, which may lead to longer wait times, but the food remains fairly good overall. Some customers noted that crispy items could be crispier and crunchy items should stay crunchy longer, as they tend to go through multiple refreshes during busy hours. The interior decor stands out as more attractive than typical fast casual spots, offering a pleasant environment for inside dining. The menu includes extra drink and appetizer options, providing more variety. Despite some minor drawbacks like smaller portion sizes and textures that could be improved, many find this Panda Express location to be a good choice, especially for its ambiance and friendly staff. The staff is known for being kind and helpful, and the restaurant is consistently clean, making visits more enjoyable.
