Absolutely terrible experience. The customer service at the drive-thru was unacceptable. The employee taking our order was rude, impatient. My friend even asked him to be a little nicer because we were simply discussing what we wanted to order.
To make matters worse, our order was incorrect. My friend received the wrong item, and my drink, which I order regularly, tasted completely off. The chocolate fudge drink was disgusting and nothing like it usually is.

Omg horrible experience! Wrong order .. drinks were terrible donuts were old.. after one sip everything went straight to trash
