“The food is delicious here and the people who work here are even better. I was eating in yesterday and there was a man who came inside who I believe was asking for work- he was washing windows. The owner or manager said they have a company that does it. So he could not give him the business. The man appeared to be a little unkept and possibly struggling. The owner asked if he was hungry and the man replied yes, he ended up making him fresh food and he left with a bag of food and some water. This interaction was so special and I truly hope their kindness is delivered back to them indefinitely. It's better than I expected- tender lamb meat, rice cooked just right, spices that won't overwhelm your taste buds; the soup , the spicy and white sauce complement the flavors so well . Love it! Definitely worth the trip.“

I had it with all the toppings & it was only a few sliced of onions & a few green peppers slices. Not much toppings. I don't recommend those two. Other meals looked good though. “Almost forgot about this when scrolling thru my photos. This past June was the first time trying this location, 2nd time overall and the previous was at the Schaumburg location.

I really like their menu here although to many it may be just another Chicago style/Greek fare restaurant. That's fine by me being I live for Chicago hotdogs, juicy burgers, Italian beef, gyros, fries, etc.

The food overall is really good here but the gyros are the bomb. We don't have any Brandy's locations up in Lake County (I live in Beach Park) but I sure wish we did!

If ever in the area again, I could definitely go for some tasty grub from Brandy's. Wish for continued boomin' business for decades to come for the owner(s).“
