This CAVA location in Des Plaines provided an amazing experience for a large group of 28 people. The General Manager and the entire staff provided exceptional service. The group worked directly with the GM to coordinate a pre order. They were able to send an Excel spreadsheet with everyone’s specific individual orders, and the staff had everything prepared, organized, and ready to go by the time they arrived to dine in. This made the entire process incredibly easy and efficient. On top of the outstanding service, the food was high quality, tasted great, and provided a top meal for players the day before a game. The team went above and beyond to accommodate the group, and they could not be happier with their experience. They are extremely grateful for the hospitality and professionalism and would highly recommend this location to everyone, especially large groups traveling through the area.

Other guests also had exceptional experiences. The customer service, professionalism, and positive attitude of the staff really stood out. Staff members were friendly, attentive, patient, and genuinely made guests feel welcomed. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and that the experience was a great one. Employees are a huge asset to CAVA. The food was fresh and delicious, and the customer service made the visit even better. Staff were super friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They made sure orders were exactly how they were wanted and had such positive attitudes. Great service definitely deserves recognition. Guests will definitely be back.
