CIMA is a restaurant in Rosemont located inside a hotel. It offers a high-quality food, drinks, atmosphere, and service. The atmosphere is stylish, comfortable, inviting, nice, chic, and has a fantastic ambience. The food is delicious and beautifully presented on both the happy hour and dinner menu. Every dish is well-made, expertly seasoned, and all components are meticulously prepared. The Chicago Dates are better than most places, and the Roasted Beet Salad is a favorite. The Pan-Seared Branzino and the jumbo shrimp gambas are exceptionally seasoned with every element thoughtfully executed. The Fried Half Chicken is too sweet from the honey and lacks balancing flavor, but the chicken is also the best fried chicken with an incredible mix of savory and sweet. The baked feta is highly recommended. The drinks are good and strong. The service is excellent, fantastic, top tier, and great, though sometimes just ok. The staff brings a genuine warmth and hospitality that is very welcoming. There is plenty of parking available. It is a pretty venue for an event or celebration and close to the neighborhood. Many other things on the menu are worth trying.
