Very pleasant and enjoyable environment.
Sam is a great bartender, fun and talkative. She turned the TV to the cubs game for me also.
I was in town visiting & ordered food to my hotel. There was a problem with the order, and the customer service was absolutely amazing. Michelle, the manager, not only resolved the problem but ensured they had a customer every time I return. Oh and, the food was awesome.

Moretti's Ristorante and Pizzeria offers delicious food, with juicy Chicken and Italian beef, a scrumptious steak cooked perfectly for steak and bake night, and a tasty baked French onion soup, though it was served cold. Service varies; some experienced fantastic service done to perfection, while others found a waitress not attentive, ignoring requests and not refilling drinks. The atmosphere can be chill and not busy on a Wednesday evening, or get completely swamped at lunch, but the staff, like Armando and Samantha, worked together flawlessly, rocking it under pressure. A birthday celebration with family and friends featured great servers and atmosphere, with an amazing treat from the Moods or Maurice and Friends Band, though a disappointment occurred when a son was charged for a slice of cake usually complimentary. The Mt. Prospect location was noted as run down and not as slick and clean as the Rose Out location.
