“We love Kimmer's. Our Scooper/Ice Cream Tech/Flavor Expert on our visit, yesterday, was super nice, friendly, and enthusiastic. We each tried a flavor that we have not tasted, before. As always, they were fab. My Chocolate Covered Cherry paired deliciously with my fave Aztec Hot Chocolate. My daughter had an across-the-board peanut butter crush, Bear Cub Tracks sharing a Waffle Cone with one of her favorites, Parent Trap. Delish!“

“I am SOOOO lucky to live right across the street from this ice cream shop. It’s a bit more pricey than some places but the cost reflects the incredible quality of their premium ice creams. My faves are Peanut butter cookie dough; Coconut chip; Fat Elvis & Zanzibar (a rich dark chocolate). There’s a flavor for everyone. I think there’s like 50 different kinds. Open from mid-March to mid-October & on the last day of the season, you can buy whatever is left over. I got a whole tub one October for about $50–it lasted the whole winter! Yummmmm🥰“

“Came in early afternoon on 12/16 and was greeted by Caitlyn, who welcomed me with a big smile and let me know she was happy to help if I needed anything. I was looking to get a birthday cake for my daughter, but the size available on display was a bit too large. When I asked if there were any smaller options, she explained that she had just made one and it would be ready in about 10 minutes if I didn’t mind waiting.

She even let it freeze a little longer since it was freshly made, added the candy toppings, and kindly offered to write a small birthday message on it. The entire experience was friendly, fast, and extremely courteous.

Highly recommend this location, and I would absolutely return—especially if Caitlyn is working. Her exceptional service truly went above and beyond.“

“I recently ordered a custom birthday cake from this Dairy Queen, and I couldn't be happier! The owner-ALOK is incredibly helpful, kind, and so creative with the cake designs. “Delicious Ice Cream, Great staff!. We stopped at the drive through at the Liberty Drive in Wheaton Location. We were picking up a few blizzards, and two of them were off menu requests (older/retired recipes). The manager (owner?), Rerish, took great care of us and gave us very good recommendations. He made sure we got what we were looking for and shared the recipes so the recipients would know what to ask for next time. The two blizzards were delivered, and the kids LOVED them. Thanks so much! I checked one last time on the secret menu and was excited to see the Dubai chocolate brownie! I’ve been obsessed with Dubai chocolate and was planning to make these brownies tomorrow! Wearing the same pair of gloves the entire time. I made a comment that she should probably switch gloves if she is going to touch her personal phone and then peoples food. Just wanted to be sure it doesn’t happen again. That’s gross.“

“I recently visited DQ in Bartlett, and loved it. The mint Oreo blizzard was very delicious, creamy, and irresistible. The staff was friendly and quick in spite of lot of people in the store , later I found out that it was free cone day. A delightful experience!“

The only suggestion I would make to the restaurant is to better set up their online ordering systems and encourage customers to use them versus calling in orders. “Stopped in for a first visit. Julianna was cleaning as we entered and immediately stopped to greet us. The display was bright and appetizing, offering a nice variety of baked treats. My partner chose gelato, but he was torn between a snack and their hot food items (which sounded very interesting to try)!!! Juliana had the heated patio nice and inviting, and she had great energy.
