My husband and I contacted and spoke directly with the owner regarding our concerns regarding our visit as well as customer service received at our recent trip to this venue.

The owner took our concerns seriously and stated they will continue to train staff to provide much better customer service to customers. We will be visiting again in the future and can't wait to see the postive changes made!

Having previous customer service history, I've never treated anyone this way!
First time visiting, the girls were gossiping behind counter -looked annoyed when we asked questions &also kept rolling their eyes when asked questions.. which was only a few to get an idea of what we wanted to order.
Very rude & unprofessional! I think the person's name was delilah, that's the name our receipt listed.
We unfortunately spent $16 dollars, we will not be returning until you fully train staff to have better customer service skills !

“it is always a great experience at the Roselle DQ. but I have to give a huge shoutout to their employee tonight. She was working so hard to fill the orders as fast as she possibly could! Tony check your shifts from 5/4 this evening. I think she said her name is Haley. She was an outstanding employee. I know the world is understaffed and she could have easily been frustrated at the never ending line, but she was working so hard and I just thought you deserved to know what a great job she was doing. I have to have it every day and I walked miles to that ice cream parlor this week the owner and the boy Jake that worked there was such awesome people too. I will definitely be back. “We ordered a classic cone with mango, and Vito shaped it into a rose right in front of us, petal by petal. My son couldn't take his eyes off it. He held that cone like a trophy and was almost too impressed to eat it. Almost. Ana was just as friendly, patient and smiling the whole time, and both of them treated a little kid like a real customer instead of rushing us along. That kind of service is rare at a mall counter.

The mango tastes like real fruit: bright, smooth, and not overly sweet. You can tell there's nothing artificial in it. The menu also offers unlimited flavors on any size, so next time we'll mix a few.

The shop itself looks great. Stone walls, wood beams, warm lighting, and Halloween decorations up right now, which my son loved. The display case is clean and well organized, and there are macarons, crepes, waffles, and coffee drinks if gelato isn't your thing.

A classic cone is $8.80 before tax. Not cheap, but for the quality, the presentation, and the service, it's fair. I'd pay it again without thinking.

“I absolutely love having this boba shop so close to our home! I’ve been here a couple of times now, and Beck and Asem have always been so kind, genuine, and welcoming. You can really tell that they care about their customers and genuinely want you to enjoy your drink. They even take the time to ask if you like it and make sure you’re happy with it, which I really appreciate.

“Solid italian food. I've only tried their pastas and they were very good. Good quality chicken and servings are plentiful. The only suggestion I would make to the restaurant is to better set up their online ordering systems and encourage customers to use them versus calling in orders. Also, allow take out ordering on holidays such as new years eve when you're open.“

“Came in early afternoon on 12/16 and was greeted by Caitlyn, who welcomed me with a big smile and let me know she was happy to help if I needed anything. I was looking to get a birthday cake for my daughter, but the size available on display was a bit too large. When I asked if there were any smaller options, she explained that she had just made one and it would be ready in about 10 minutes if I didn’t mind waiting.

She even let it freeze a little longer since it was freshly made, added the candy toppings, and kindly offered to write a small birthday message on it. The entire experience was friendly, fast, and extremely courteous.

Highly recommend this location, and I would absolutely return—especially if Caitlyn is working. Her exceptional service truly went above and beyond.“

“I am SOOOO lucky to live right across the street from this ice cream shop. It’s a bit more pricey than some places but the cost reflects the incredible quality of their premium ice creams. My faves are Peanut butter cookie dough; Coconut chip; Fat Elvis & Zanzibar (a rich dark chocolate). There’s a flavor for everyone. I think there’s like 50 different kinds. Open from mid-March to mid-October & on the last day of the season, you can buy whatever is left over. I got a whole tub one October for about $50–it lasted the whole winter! Yummmmm🥰“

Great Chai, Delicious Treats, and Excellent Service!

Had a great experience at Chai Corner! We ordered chai, a brownie, and puff pastry, and everything was enjoyable. The chai was satisfying, and the snacks made for a perfect combination.

A special shout-out to Nawaz and Subhan for their excellent service. They were friendly, attentive, and made sure we had a great experience.

“What a magical, well run, homey place for all ages. It is almost a time travel trip back to kids were welcome, families have a great time and everyone can enjoy delicious food. Hot sauce bar was a hit for me. When you go, it’s please talk to Sherri and David, they have fun stories to share. Well done 👍

“I was waiting for my cookies when I observed a worker who was rolling dough. She stepped away from the dough table, and went on her personal phone, then immediately went back to touching the dough. Wearing the same pair of gloves the entire time. I made a comment that she should probably switch gloves if she is going to touch her personal phone and then peoples food. “This is a small ice cream shop with some very good, but also some very strange flavors (like Durian or Black Sesame). They gladly give out samples, so make sure you try a flavor out before buying.

The sizes are on the small size for the price. It was close to $40 for 4 of us to get cones.

The place also has been redecorated for Initial D instead of Doraemon.“

“Nice drive thru icecream store in Oak Brook, right on Roosevelt road. They have many unique flavours. They even had sitaphal flavor during Ramzan. Several benches with umbrellas to sit and hang out. Parking lot os relatively small. Employees were friendly and fast. Good place for kids and families to hang out.“
