“We came to the mall specifically for gelato while in town for a show at The Rosemont Theater. The gelato flower is *almost* too beautiful to eat, but it didn’t stop us. LOVE that they have organic flavors and no artificial colors!! The employees are friendly and talented. Getting to sample flavors was such a treat and watching them make the flower is mesmerizing. My daughter enjoyed strawberry and chocolate in a cone and I opted for strawberry and organic lemon in a cone, while my husband chose a dish of organic chocolate. We all felt it was the perfect size treat and such great flavors. We wish we didn’t live so far away so we could enjoy this more often!“

“We love Kimmer's. Our Scooper/Ice Cream Tech/Flavor Expert on our visit, yesterday, was super nice, friendly, and enthusiastic. We each tried a flavor that we have not tasted, before. As always, they were fab. My Chocolate Covered Cherry paired deliciously with my fave Aztec Hot Chocolate. My daughter had an across-the-board peanut butter crush, Bear Cub Tracks sharing a Waffle Cone with one of her favorites, Parent Trap. Delish!“

“I am SOOOO lucky to live right across the street from this ice cream shop. It’s a bit more pricey than some places but the cost reflects the incredible quality of their premium ice creams. My faves are Peanut butter cookie dough; Coconut chip; Fat Elvis & Zanzibar (a rich dark chocolate). There’s a flavor for everyone. I think there’s like 50 different kinds. Open from mid-March to mid-October & on the last day of the season, you can buy whatever is left over. I got a whole tub one October for about $50–it lasted the whole winter! Yummmmm🥰“

“Came in early afternoon on 12/16 and was greeted by Caitlyn, who welcomed me with a big smile and let me know she was happy to help if I needed anything. I was looking to get a birthday cake for my daughter, but the size available on display was a bit too large. When I asked if there were any smaller options, she explained that she had just made one and it would be ready in about 10 minutes if I didn’t mind waiting.

She even let it freeze a little longer since it was freshly made, added the candy toppings, and kindly offered to write a small birthday message on it. The entire experience was friendly, fast, and extremely courteous.

Highly recommend this location, and I would absolutely return—especially if Caitlyn is working. Her exceptional service truly went above and beyond.“

We were picking up a few blizzards, and two of them were off menu requests (older/retired recipes). The manager (owner?), Rerish, took great care of us and gave us very good recommendations. He made sure we got what we were looking for and shared the recipes so the recipients would know what to ask for next time. The two blizzards were delivered, and the kids LOVED them. Thanks so much! Wearing the same pair of gloves the entire time. I made a comment that she should probably switch gloves if she is going to touch her personal phone and then peoples food. Just wanted to be sure it doesn’t happen again. That’s gross.“
