She was so patient with my many questions and never made me feel like a nuisance. Everything was completed to perfection and done so artistically with Vanessa's recommendations. “We drive 25 minutes out of our way just to get this. They are very consistent with their drinks and even when they're busy I never get hard and old boba unlike some other places in the area. Pricing is fair and equal to other places but quality itself beats their competitors in my opinion.“

“I have come to this candy shop for the last 10 years. That should speak for itself. If it doesn't, I'll say more:I absolutely love chocolate malts. Any place I go that has them, I always order one. SweetSpot makes the most INCREDIBLE malt I have ever had anywhere, and not once in 10 years has it been less than amazing! I took a friend a few months ago, telling them that the malts are the best and she was skeptical. Had one sip and said it was "50/10."However, if you aren't into malts, there are many other things to love. They have the widest variety of candies I have ever seen at one shop, plus some types of candy that I haven't seen anywhere else in 15 years, not to mention soda in actual glass bottles! Good luck finding those in your local grocery store! It seems impossible to find a real *candy* store anymore, as opposed to a store with a candy section.If you're in the area, SweetSpot is a must-visit. I'm moving several hours away tomorrow, but you can be sure that any time I come back to visit, I'll be stopping here for a malt!“

“I recently visited DQ in Bartlett, and loved it. The mint Oreo blizzard was very delicious, creamy, and irresistible. The staff was friendly and quick in spite of lot of people in the store , later I found out that it was free cone day. A delightful experience!“

“I hardly believe this, but I left today and they forgot to include my coleslaw. I got home and called to mention it. I was told they'd bring the coleslaws to me. I thought it was a joke, like doctors making house calls. Sure enough, they came to my door with the coleslaws, an extra, and a pint of blueberry cheesecake. Unbelievable! I've gone there since they opened. Now I won't go anywhere else. Caring about customers isn't lost! Wonderful people!“

“I absolutely LOVE Cold Stone Creamery! We visited again on Sunday, May 4, 2025 for the first time in years and honestly the Chocolate Devotion is probably the best ice cream I’ve ever had. “Dairy Queen has always been about the ice cream and sundaes. However some people like myself eat the Chilli dogs and other food items offered. The food is average and definitely could use a new updated menu with more options. The customer service was great and she helped explain the menu items for me. The reason I gave 3 stars for atmosphere is because it's quite drewy in the building and it also could use an update. ENJOY!!“
