I used Mellie’s to cater ice cream and chocolates at my wedding! She did a fabulous job! The ice cream was a wedding favorite! We had 148 guest and 144 guests got ice cream! We bought so many desserts from Sam’s Club because we were afraid of not having enough, and in retrospect who should have only gotten any from Sam’s Club. The guests only wanted Mellie’s desserts!!
