“We stopped at the location. I had to eat quickly because my blood sugar was under 50 when we ordered and got to the window. I had asked the employee Troy if I could possibly get a small little cup of M&Ms because my blood sugar was very low he ran to get them came back and I thanked him and he said no I just wanna make sure you’re gonna be OK and I appreciated that because most people don’t care the food was amazing and I’m my sugar came back up, but I just wanted to recognize a shout out to Troy. He was an amazing worker.“

“I got a chili dog and it didn’t taste the greatest tbh but when I mentioned it Eve gave me another in replacement of that one and I appreciated her customer service as she was not mad or upset but rather handled it in a great way! Thanks ?

“Off the beated path the Milk House sign pops out at you. At first glace it rustic look give you a feel for that old grocery store.
Yet, once inside you discover why there are so many cars in the lot.
With many choices of freshly made Ice creams, it's hard to decide which to pick.
The staff is friendly and after many samples. There is ample seating in a separate building to enjoy your treat.

“Absolutely incredible ice cream and an even more amazing experience! Every flavor we tried was delicious, creamy, and clearly made with so much care. The owners were genuinely kind, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make us feel like family. You can really tell they love what they do, and it makes the whole experience that much better.

“First time going there, we ordered fresas con crema. But honestly I was very disappointed because I got more cream than strawberries. I paid 8.75 for a cup of cream 🙁 although it was good I won’t lie but definitely not enough strawberries for the price I paid.“

“We drive 25 minutes out of our way just to get this. They are very consistent with their drinks and even when they're busy I never get hard and old boba unlike some other places in the area. Pricing is fair and equal to other places but quality itself beats their competitors in my opinion.“

“When we first arrived I noticed that there was some random paper on the menu advertising something about CDs. This was out of the ordinary and I’ve never seen something like this at Culver’s next we order our food and I had the spicy chicken and the spicy. Chicken was good, but the fries tasted like sandpaper and they forgot our drinks and we had to go inside to go get them. I think that’s pretty bogus so I ended up discarding all my frys and walking away unhappy“

“My husband, myself and our friend went to grab a delicious lunch today. Great welcoming service (Mr. Dunn) our food was amazing as always. Two of us had the Italian beef with tots and the other had a double cheeseburger. Oh, and a dipped ice cream cone. We all left very very full and satisfied. We will be going back very soon.“

“The Inside Scoop has the best Hot Fudge Sundaes in Crystal Lake! Although they have a variety of ice cream selections, I love the vanilla ice cream, it tastes homemade. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend stopping in!“

“Usually great service and people, but you guys missed the mark tonight. The delivery person outside tried to give me at least 3 different orders that weren’t ours, and when we got home the chicken nuggets were missing the sauce, and the chili was missing the toppings and sour cream. Not a great outing tonight.“

“I hardly believe this, but I left today and they forgot to include my coleslaw. I got home and called to mention it. I was told they'd bring the coleslaws to me. I thought it was a joke, like doctors making house calls. Sure enough, they came to my door with the coleslaws, an extra, and a pint of blueberry cheesecake. Unbelievable! I've gone there since they opened. Now I won't go anywhere else. Caring about customers isn't lost! Wonderful people!“

“The food was good. I ordered 2 grilled chicken sandwiches at around 9pm from the drive through. The order took not even 5 minutes and it was so good. You could tell everything was fresh and of high quality. Also, both the drive through window girl and the gentleman that walked out my order to me were nice. Good job Culver's!“

“We have been looking for good Chinese food for a while. Ive tried at least 5 places before this place and man was I surprised when we tried Gee and Jays! The food is amazing! Hands down the best I have probably ever had. The lady at the front desk was super nice and friendly as well. I would highly recommend.“

“This location is easily my favorite! The man who served me today, Nate, was incredibly professional and pleasant to speak with! He was able to help me with my order and even gave me some recommendations on what to try! My order was made fast and tasted fresh! I will definitely have to come back and try some of the items he suggested. He definitely has 10/10 customer service skills! Will bring friends next time, I suggest everybody do the same!“

“Such kindness…. Long day ….my sweet senior Bella had surgery on Thursday- I went to get her favorite 2 chicken tender (kids meal) the gentleman who worked the window offered her a pup treat! Little did I know it was a small scoop of ice cream with 2 adorable placed bones - it was darling and she licked it up! You made this little rescues day! Thanks for sharing your Bella story too- wish I got your name - you deserve a raise! Kindness always wins! Kudos to the Culver’s Crew!“
