Our children enjoy the tenders and the soft serve ice cream (especially in a mixer) is delicious and our girls love the ice cream. Service can be slow at times but the manager is extremely friendly.“
“My wife can't wait for the weather to get warm. She always suggests we visit Milk House weekly. It is about 20 minutes by motorcycle and a very pleasant ride. We have tried all of the exotic ice creams and love them all. They also have a taster which gives you several options at once. The place started small but keeps getting more fans. “My wife and I went to Garden on Main with my daughter and her finance for a late lunch. I was told by a neighbor to try them out. My daughter and I had the soup of the day. ( Can't remember the name but had egg and sausage ) The soup was recommended by our waitress and it was a great choice !! The food was GREAT and the service was just as good !! We joked with one of the waitress the food taste like someone mom made it. She stated that there are two mom's in the kitchen cooking right now. The food was very flavorful, fresh and a lot of it ! “After two failed attempts, I eventually acquired the cinnamon square. I swear, when I placed my order using the kiosk machine, it appeared before me in a supernatural manner. I was amazed at how quickly it was ready. It was warm and moist as I bite into it. The texture and temperature were perfect, the icing was silky, and the dough was fluffy, but the flavor was weak, I didn't notice a strong cinnamon aroma.“
“Spectacular hidden treasure in Algonquin that we just chanced upon. Latte was absolutely delicious and their homemade mini donuts were to die for! They also had live music setup. The owners were super friendly and hospitable. This is everything a coffee house should be and more! There's also a patio that must be a blast to hang out on in summers. All in all a great little cozy local gem.“

“Really great food - I had the Kung Pao chicken, and my 99-year old Great Aunt has been eating Beef Chop Suey for at least 50 years, so I guess that she's somewhat of an expert taster, lol. We went in at the end of the day, so there weren't many baked goods to choose from anymore, but we enjoyed our drinks and the atmosphere. The only drawback was the bathroom--the toilet bowl is on some kind of leg rather than a sturdy base and therefore a bit rickety. Otherwise a very nice spot to stop for a pastry and a hot drink.“

“I have been to this location in Elgin. I have been there five or six times in the last week. It gets very busy on Friday nights, Saturday nights. And Sunday afternoons. That's to be expected at Culver's. When I arrived, I was greeted when i walked through the door. I ordered my food, a double sourdough melt with deep fried cheese curds. it was delicious. A few days passed, and I returned to the culver's in Elgin. I ordered a double butter burger. Chili cheese, fries, and a scoop with hot caramel and banana. These were also very good. I received my food promptly. Every part of my order was hot and fresh. I have no complaints to state about Culver's.“

They must use some pretend cheese that is called "American" cheese, which caused my stomach pain. They should switch to a little more expensive cheese but has to be real!“

When we went, most of the staff spoke Spanish so if you're an English speaker be prepared for a language barrier. They did have one person that spoke English and helped since we weren't familiar with all the flavors. It was really clean which was nice. The elote was a little watery but I still enjoyed the flavor. This is the only place I go for Mexican style ice cream in the area.“
