Got a chocolate shake and a large cheese curd. Asked if we could get the shake made w chocolate custard instead of vanilla, we were told no problem. Asked why they usually use the vanilla custard for the Choco shake out of curiosity and the employee explained why without any hesitation. He was young but was well trained considering who knew the answer for such a minor detail.

Food and drink took a bit but that's fine. Slow and well done over fast and rushed anyday.

We get our stuff. Chocolate shake was good considering my mother drank half of it in 10 minutes or so.

Cheese curds were the most freshly done curds I've ever gotten from a Culver's before. Not reheated old cheese curds, not undercooked or oversalted cheese curds, but hot and finely salted cheese curds.

Probably the best Culver's experience I've ever had and that it happened on a Saturday of all days - the day most employees of establishments tend to check out - is astonishing.

Will certainly make a point of visiting this location more frequently as opposed to the Huntley location. Am curious about their burgers if this is the sort of quality I can expect on occasion (at the very least).

Tell your employees they did a fantastic job and that this customer appreciates their work. Y'all made my day, no embellishment, no overreaction. Honest to God made my day.“

“I got a chili dog and it didn’t taste the greatest tbh but when I mentioned it Eve gave me another in replacement of that one and I appreciated her customer service as she was not mad or upset but rather handled it in a great way! Thanks ?

The place has a charm but can’t really figure out it exterior options for optimal opportunities to improve flow and customer experience. The shop sure cranks people through at a decent clip. Impressively staffed on a very busy evening. An eclectic neighborhood crowd gives the atmosphere a unique vibe like it’s a big ice cream social and you’re invited.“

“Me and the boyfriend came threw the chicken strips and bacon deluxe was really good and there fries and cheese curds. but are concrete mixers we both took a bit and threw them away I got the pumpkin mixer with pecans and asked for regular Carmel instead of salted they gave me salted and a crap load of pecans boyfriend got chocolate ice cream with peanut butter cups there was so much peanut butter in there I don't even think there was chocolate ice cream it was so thick you could barely swallow it without drinking something with it he threw his out to.“

“We wanted to give props to the former owner Kim and her amazing spread of desserts for our wedding. We booked Sweet Reds prior to the sale of the storefront and Kim was gracious enough to fulfill our order still on our wedding day and my goodness were these desserts delicious. We loved tasting with her and she gave us so many options and we did not stop at getting just a cake with them. We order cupcakes, brownie bites, key lime bites, cheesecake bites, lemon bars, and more. We loved them all! Thank you again for being able to still fulfill our wedding. “I have updated my review to 5 stars because they are one of the few fast food restaurants that has a good tasting gluten free hamburger bun.

Dietary restrictions: Though they have gluten free buns, they do not have designated gluten free cooking stations. I am not hypersensitive to gluten so I can eat their burgers and grilled chicken without adverse reactions.“

UPDATE 8/10 this time i had the classic chicago hotdog and sweet potato fries! Unfortunately this time around the hot dog was not all that great, very bland and actual weiner didn’t have much flavor and the sweet potatoes were a bit burnt, but i think this is a minor mistake than can easily be fixed in the future! Can’t wait to be back!“

“McDonalds is getting way overpriced and food is....ok at best. Thought I'd try Culvers in FRG. Was NOT dissapointed! For about the same price you get a DELICIOUS, HOT, LOOKS LIKE THE PICTURE burger, huge portion of hot crispy fat fries and a soft drink of your choice! I'm not one to take pictures of my food, but I did! It was a masterpiece! Loved it!“

“Great food 90% of the time. The other 10% of the time, burgers are burnt to hell and charred. Things have been improving recently though despite more teenagers being added to the workforce which is a good thing to see.
