I paid and ordered two gift certificates. They were never sent to me when I contested the charge. It went for a couple months and they got their money, but I never got the gift certificates.
The Dairy Queen in Fayetteville, TN is 100% pure T… TRASH.
12/23/25 to 04/17/26 visited five times.
5 out of 5 trips we are greeted with - “Sorry we are currently out of ice cream”.
Last night 04/17/26… we even called beforehand to see if “the ice cream place has ice cream”.. Whomever answered my call was on a concurrent call with DQ’s IT department for some password recovery methods.

The owner is rude and seems whatever he says is right and the costumer is wrong. Handles stuff very poorly.

Dairy Queen (Treat) offers a variety of ice cream treats, including the popular Blizzard. While the prices may be considered high by some, the cheerful and kind staff provide excellent customer service. The atmosphere is enjoyable, although some customers have expressed disappointment with the quality of the Blizzards, which are often too soft or "soupy." Despite these minor issues, the convenience of the location keeps customers coming back to Dairy Queen (Treat).
