Wondering if they ever keep staff that isn’t a family member? Seems like a huge turn over in staff if they are related. Must be hard to work for. Isabels Family Restaurant is a friendly, diner-style restaurant that offers a variety of hearty and affordable meals. The atmosphere resembles a classic diner from 60 years ago, creating a nostalgic and welcoming environment. Customers enjoy good food and attentive service, with many praising the reasonable prices and generous portions. The menu includes breakfast options, such as a hearty Sunday brunch, and popular dishes like liver, Reuben sandwiches, and peach pie. Visitors often leave with multiple meals, finding the quality of the food to be excellent for the price. The staff is described as amazing and helpful, with one customer mentioning how a local resident worked out a personalized menu that helped her save money on weekly meals. While most reviews highlight positive experiences, some mention occasional issues like billing errors or food quality concerns, such as overcooked liver and burnt bread, but these do not seem to detract from the overall satisfaction. The restaurant is a nice family place, suitable for casual dining, desserts, or takeout, making it a favorite spot for both locals and visitors alike.
