The best Mexican restaurant in McHenry County. The food and service is always excellent.
We stopped for lunch today. The chips & salsa were great, fresh & homemade. I had the chicken tacos & my husband had a stuffed pablano combination plate. Everything was fresh, delicious and service was wonderful.

El Niagara offers delicious and fresh TexMex fare at reasonable prices. The pablano combination plate and chicken tacos are highly recommended. The homemade chips & salsa are a must-try, they are warm, incredible, and perfect. The restaurant boasts great, quick service and a friendly, family atmosphere. The entire staff is friendly and engaging. They have the best top-shelf margaritas, on the rocks or frozen. Most dishes can be modified for a vegetarian lifestyle. The flan is good and creamy.
