“My wife can't wait for the weather to get warm. She always suggests we visit Milk House weekly. It is about 20 minutes by motorcycle and a very pleasant ride. We have tried all of the exotic ice creams and love them all. They also have a taster which gives you several options at once. The place started small but keeps getting more fans. If you want the best ice cream ever give it a try. Order 1 scoop on waffle cone they are made fresh. ( scoops are huge).“
“My wife and I went to Garden on Main with my daughter and her finance for a late lunch. I was told by a neighbor to try them out. My daughter and I had the soup of the day. ( Can't remember the name but had egg and sausage ) The soup was recommended by our waitress and it was a great choice !! The food was GREAT and the service was just as good !! We joked with one of the waitress the food taste like someone mom made it. She stated that there are two mom's in the kitchen cooking right now. The food was very flavorful, fresh and a lot of it ! Two meals ,one salad ,two soup's ,two ice tea's, one coke and a beer under $100 :) To top it off, my wife went over to check out the different ice cream. Nice gesture, they gave her two free scoops. “Spectacular hidden treasure in Algonquin that we just chanced upon. Latte was absolutely delicious and their homemade mini donuts were to die for! They also had live music setup. The owners were super friendly and hospitable. This is everything a coffee house should be and more! There's also a patio that must be a blast to hang out on in summers. All in all a great little cozy local gem.“

“I have been to this location in Elgin. I have been there five or six times in the last week. It gets very busy on Friday nights, Saturday nights. And Sunday afternoons. That's to be expected at Culver's. When I arrived, I was greeted when i walked through the door. I ordered my food, a double sourdough melt with deep fried cheese curds. it was delicious. A few days passed, and I returned to the culver's in Elgin. I ordered a double butter burger. Chili cheese, fries, and a scoop with hot caramel and banana. These were also very good. I received my food promptly. Every part of my order was hot and fresh. I have no complaints to state about Culver's.“

“I really enjoyed the ice cream here. You can tell it's made with quality ingredients and was fresher than many of the other places I've tried. When we went, most of the staff spoke Spanish so if you're an English speaker be prepared for a language barrier. They did have one person that spoke English and helped since we weren't familiar with all the flavors. It was really clean which was nice. The elote was a little watery but I still enjoyed the flavor. This is the only place I go for Mexican style ice cream in the area.“

Not very much seating which was ok since we were the only ones there before closing. Flavor variety was good definitely my favorite were the sugar free caramel $ cashew and brownie avalanche (i think thats the name). Also the flavor This "stuff" just got serious was pretty delicious. Exhausted parent minus the bourbon imitation taste would have been good. Overall ice cream was good and decent choices to choose from and nice ice cream place to take the family for a treat. I went to dairy queen in Algonquin off main Street and the girl working the register helped me figure it out. She was so warm and welcoming and friendly and really made the experience great!“
“Hit drive thru last night for a sweet tooth craving! Ordered milkshakes and blizzards for everyone in the family including pup cups for the dogs! They do offer pup cups at this location... love that! The drive Thru is open every day until 9:30 PM which is great. The staff was younger but friendly! There are a few tables outside if you wanted to sit outside. Our order was correct as ordered. The blizzard we ordered was made with a little bit too much hot fudge mixed into it but still tasty! I usually like to support small owned businesses around the area since we are in diary land being so close to WI. But when craving soft serve, we come here! We will be back. Love a diary queen ice cream cake also. For sugar free options they have a sugar free dilly bar.“
