“When we first arrived I noticed that there was some random paper on the menu advertising something about CDs. This was out of the ordinary and I’ve never seen something like this at Culver’s next we order our food and I had the spicy chicken and the spicy. Chicken was good, but the fries tasted like sandpaper and they forgot our drinks and we had to go inside to go get them. I think that’s pretty bogus so I ended up discarding all my frys and walking away unhappy“

“My husband, myself and our friend went to grab a delicious lunch today. Great welcoming service (Mr. Dunn) our food was amazing as always. Two of us had the Italian beef with tots and the other had a double cheeseburger. Oh, and a dipped ice cream cone. We all left very very full and satisfied. We will be going back very soon.“

“This place has the best ice cream. We come here in the summers and just happened to be close by today. It was all decked out for Christmas and delicious ice cream as always. I got a scoop of butter pecan and cherry chocolate chip. My son got strawberry and my wife got a cookies and cream/chocolate milkshake!“

“The owner and their staff do such an amazing job here super friendly and welcoming everytime I come in. this business deserves to stay open forever! The ice cream tasted so creamy and delicious and I loved the variety of flavors they offered! They also have Italian ice and vegan options if you are interested! “We drive 25 minutes out of our way just to get this. They are very consistent with their drinks and even when they're busy I never get hard and old boba unlike some other places in the area. Pricing is fair and equal to other places but quality itself beats their competitors in my opinion.“

“This employee at this dq I think his name was fabyan was outstanding. He got more order with no mistakes and precise detail. He even reviewed my order to make sure he got it right. When I got the ice cream he was extremely kind and asked if I would like extra napkins and more. Fabyan definitely deserves this 5 stars but deserves a great raise as well! “I hardly believe this, but I left today and they forgot to include my coleslaw. I got home and called to mention it. I was told they'd bring the coleslaws to me. I thought it was a joke, like doctors making house calls. Sure enough, they came to my door with the coleslaws, an extra, and a pint of blueberry cheesecake. Unbelievable! I've gone there since they opened. Now I won't go anywhere else. Caring about customers isn't lost! Wonderful people!“

“The Inside Scoop has the best Hot Fudge Sundaes in Crystal Lake! Although they have a variety of ice cream selections, I love the vanilla ice cream, it tastes homemade. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend stopping in!“

“The employees here are always very nice, the food is great, and the inside is very clean. There's plenty of seating. Everytime we go the place usually has families with kids or elderly folks eating.
Once I forgot to order sauce for the cheese curds and the guy (I didn't get his name) gave me some for free!

This is our go-to spot after taking our son to his check-ups. Nothing makes a vaccine feel better than getting custard and cheese curds afterwards. I hope we continue this tradition.“

“Stopped in after wife's doctor appointment since I promised her a Mocha Moolatee. I got one for both of us. This store makes them different from our store in Rockford. I believe he mixed in the whip cream and chocolate instead of leaving it on top. Was a great refreshment anyway. Thank you DQ.“
