“We drive 25 minutes out of our way just to get this. They are very consistent with their drinks and even when they're busy I never get hard and old boba unlike some other places in the area. Pricing is fair and equal to other places but quality itself beats their competitors in my opinion.“

“Slighly higher prices than the places we usually visit (Hansen's in Wilmot and Rusty Malts in Ringwood) We live in Fox Lake so Round Lake is a little closer than our usual stop for ice cream with the grandkids. That said, the grandkids loved La Michoacana! Incredibly colorful with a seemingly endless variety. The Ice cream was delicious and the service was wonderful! I highly recommend them if you're in the Round Lake area.“

“Froyo is Froyo, but I wanted to write a review because of the pomegranate flavor available here. I’ve never seen pomegranate Froyo before and I thought it was delicious. A unique flavor that you won’t find anywhere else. I thought the prices were pretty good. I see other reviews complaining about the price or upcharges or no samples policy, but I don’t feel like it’s too outlandish to do things that way. They have the lowest price per weight that I’ve seen in a very long time. The color changing spoons are a nice touch as well.

Overall, I will be back next time I’m in the area during the warm seasons.“

I had asked the employee Troy if I could possibly get a small little cup of M&Ms because my blood sugar was very low he ran to get them came back and I thanked him and he said no I just wanna make sure you’re gonna be OK and I appreciated that because most people don’t care the food was amazing and I’m my sugar came back up, but I just wanted to recognize a shout out to Troy. “My family of six ate at Culvers in McHenry on Tuesday, Dec 31 about 1:30. We were greeted with a pleasant hello. The lady who took our order got it right and was pleasant.Since were a group of 6, I figured it would take a little longer to get our order. That wasn't the case. Not only did the order come quickly, but is also accurate. That was wonderful! When we were nearing the end of our meal, a gentleman, (Jude, I believe) can around with free samples of the flavor of the day (Mint explosion). Never has that happened at Colvers to me in the many times I eat at different Culvers! What a nice touch! Upon leaving, we got a cheery Thank you, have a great day and happy new year. I wish I lived a little closer because Culvers in McHenry would definitely be my go to place. Thank you for good food and the kindness you all showed.“
