My family of six ate at Culvers in McHenry on Tuesday, Dec 31 about 1:30. We were greeted with a pleasant hello.
The lady who took our order got it right and was pleasant.Since were a group of 6, I figured it would take a little longer to get our order. That wasn't the case. 10/10 fantastic service. I live 5 minutes from the mchenry culvers location.. and I’m here way more than I’d like to admit but every time the customer service is 10/10 the best. The employees who work here have to love there job because it shows. Snaps for them and kudos to management for teaching great customer care skills.
