“Well, since the pandemic, I haven't actually visited any Steak and shake restaurants. I remember long lines and waits yo be seated. I was quite surprised that, for the most part, customers place their orders themselves at any available in store kiosk l. I belive you cam place the order in advance from their app. Then you pay at the kiosk or app and seat yourself with the receipt. In a little while they bring your order to you. The food was good but not how I remember it. The French fries were great, the butterfinger Shake was outstanding! The server was polite and courteous. “Get a Chicken Tenders basket for $6.99. It includes four chicken tenders, Texas toast and fries for $6.99. Our children enjoy the tenders and the soft serve ice cream (especially in a mixer) is delicious and our girls love the ice cream. Service can be slow at times but the manager is extremely friendly.“
“Special Valentine's White Castle Event was awesome!!We made our reservations through Open Table and it was a fun night at the Love Castle ! Tableside service and pretty decor! The ladies there greeting and hosting were so fun and the staff in back were busy preparing the food. I would go next year !“
“Finally was able to eat here. Delicious! We had the catfish dinners and I ordered a pepper and egg sandwich to go. The catfish was perfect. The collard greens were excellent!!! And the mac and cheese was great too! The owner was very friendly. Loved learning about her journey to opening Tangie’s .
