“Ashley helped me choose exactly what I wanted & she was so extremely friendly!! The frozen pineapple float machine was broken, but right when it became working again, Ashley personally made me the frozen pineapple float (which i did pay for) & brought it to me. Thank you so much Ashley for being such a sweetheart!!! I felt great when I was there thanks to Ashley ♡“

“I was very happy with the employees that worked there, but i gave it a one-star for the food. I was very disappointed in the twist cone I received. It was like eating whipped cream. Don't get me wrong, I like whipped cream but not as a cone. The reason why it was like this is because the machine wasn't calibrated correctly in the beginning, or they ran out of mix, and when they added more mix. And then the machine when out of calibration. I know this because I worked in the food industry for 35 years.“

“Stopped by McDonald’s around 4am on 05/07 and wanted to recognize an employee who truly takes pride in his work. While sitting in the drive-thru for a few minutes, I noticed this gentleman properly cleaning and sanitizing equipment, carefully cleaning the thermometer after checking temperatures, and washing/sanitizing his hands whenever needed.
What stood out most was that nobody was watching him (except me) — he was simply doing the right thing every single step of the way. That says a lot about someone’s character and work ethic. Champs are made when no one is looking, and this employee is definitely one of them.
Huge respect and hats off to this employee for caring about cleanliness, food safety, and doing the job correctly. I covered his face in the photo out of respect since I did not have authorization to post him. GIVE HIM A RAISE OR A BONUS !! At minimum, he deserves recognition.“
