I recently visited Raul’s Burrito Express and had the Huevos a la Mexicana—wow, what a delicious experience! The flavors were spot on, and the portion size was absolutely incredible. You get a lot of food for such an affordable price, which makes it a fantastic value.

The flour tortillas are a must-try—soft, fresh, and perfect for soaking up every bit of that delicious meal. “The food was all tasty and the service very friendly. Everyone in my family liked the burger (we all shared) and the smoked chicken. Sides Mac n cheese, green beans, Cole slaw, were all good too. I’ll be back. This place is tucked away, you would never know it’s there.”

“I totally enjoy the skill of all the wait staff, their ability to inform, enjoy conversation, and do the run down on what the band is like. Owners Tom & Karen are gregarious, fun, interesting people and provide GREAT talented local musicians. The music scene in Wauconda, Illinois is 10 out of ten...bar hopping encouraged. French Martini with Chambourg, an 11 and one drink, my limit...usually. Dancing...FUN! Especially when Karen agrees. Lol. And occasionally, or perhaps too often singing back up to Motown song fulfills my fantasy to be a Temptation, a Top, Little Stevie Wonder, or Marvin Gaye & Tammy Terrell. And yes, the Jackson 5. But there's no mountain higher than backup to a Supremes song, except for a Diana song, or Tina is Simply The Best! But Diana's he PEAK, & so is STRAWBERRY MOON. CHECK IT OUT. “You know growing up i loved watching the TV Show 'Cheers'. The theme song says something about 'a place where everyone knows your name'... well that describes Bliss Wine Lounge for sure. No, they aren't a big bar like in Cheers, they are a local wine bar with a wide variety of wines for every budget. And the owner, Alex takes the time to connect with each of the patrons and quick to make a recommendation of a wine you will like. It's not fancy but you will feel welcome for sure. They will have live music from time to time and if you join the Wine Club you will get to experience a variety of unique wines that you wont find at the big wine stores. My wife and I love this place.”

“My order was made to my taste and it was exactly and positively perfect. The lady taking my order was very pleasant and didn't mind my changes at all. After eating I called Panda to thank them again. My meal was cooked to perfection and enough to feed 3 people. What's my order??? If Sweet & Sour Chicken and Sesame Chicken had a baby. That would be my order. Can't wait to have again”

It's a cozy place with a menu full of options that include salads, burgers, soups, chili, appetizers, sandwiches, pastas, kids meals, and of course, PIZZAS! Twigg's has the BEST pizza, by far, in the area. Super friendly and accommodating staff. Well stocked bar. Plenty of televisions for watching sports. Sand volleyball courts. A party room. Outdoor bar and seating available in good weather. Daily and monthly pizza specials. plenty of free on site parking. Twigg's is THE place to be in Wauconda!”

“The steak and cheese sandwich was good and I get it all the time but the problem was when i used those drink fountains not the bottle one but the one you have pure drink in the cup there was something in the drink. Although I changed my mind that I will just buy a drink for the bottle.”
