“I haven't been here in a while and won't be going back. I ordered eggs Benedict. I could not cut the english muffin even with the steak knife they gave me. It was hard as a rock. The ham was fried deli ham and the hollandaise sauce was watery. I expected better than what I got. My husband had the breakfast burrito and said it wasn't the greatest either. The waiter was not very attentive and so soft spoken it was hard to hear him. Goodbye ihop!“

“Very clean fast food establishment with a drive thru, outdoor patio, and a spacious indoor venue to eat inside. Plenty of free parking. Huge menu. Very friendly staff no matter the time of day we visit. Some sandwiches include an order of tasty fries in the price and some of the sandwiches allow different choices of bread, buns, croissants, etc to make the sandwich the way YOU want it. If you have a question, just ask...the customer can usually be accommodated.“

“I came here on Friday, November 28, 2025 while I was in that part of Crystal Lake and it was really positive for my first time there. It was a slow lunch time on Black Friday and the employees were really positive and nice. You could tell how happy they were when the regulars arrived periodically. The food was good and I was even given a free coupon by one of their regulars which was sweet. (Written 12-6-25)“
