Not many of them that i have been to want to take your order. This one would rather us place order with them over the kiosk. Whitch honestly, I would rather have that over the computer. Just wish they would bring back the servers.
Well, since the pandemic, I haven't actually visited any Steak and shake restaurants. I remember long lines and waits yo be seated. I was quite surprised that, for the most part, customers place their orders themselves at any available in store kiosk l. I belive you cam place the order in advance from their app. Then you pay at the kiosk or app and seat yourself with the receipt. In a little while they bring your order to you. The evenings we went were never busy. Manager was very attentive and friendly. He was very quick to fix any issues that came up which was seldom. My kids (7 and 5) really enjoy coming here also.Kid-friendliness: Staff very polite to kids
