It's White Castle so if you know, you know. They are generally pretty quick on the drive thru and orders are always correct.
I always use the drive-thru so I can't comment on the atmosphere but the food is good, hot, and ready quickly. I live over an hour away and like to stop here if I'm nearby for other reasons.
